No confirmation, no barcode
Bought round trip tickets from Tampa to Cleveland. Great price but I never received confirmation or my barcode so when I got to the airport I had to pay $25 to get a boarding pass both ways. I emailed them several times but all they did was send me my E ticket that still did not have a barcode.
