I booked ticket for my wife who returning from India. Later we found transit in JFK looks short though most people manage it, considering single lady with 3 check in, and morning POE it will be challenging for her. So reached the Fare2India team, got very nice guy Pawan who helped in secure alternate flight which give enough cushion in transit. He go above and beyond and negotiate with Airline team and booked the flight without moving different airport. Good work Pawan. Thank you!
