Flights in Fleek representative Jim Harvey was extremely helpful and professional. He resolved my issue on the same day and demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Moreover, he provided me with an additional discount on my ticket purchase. I found the process of flying and purchasing tickets to be quite stressful, but Mr. Harvey listened attentively and empathized with my concerns. Initially, I was somewhat skeptical, but the reassurances I received from several employees, particularly Mr. Harvey, effectively alleviated my apprehensions. Thank you for the outstanding service, and I am pleased to confirm that I will book my travel arrangements through this platform again, as the ticket prices were remarkably affordable. Interestingly, my friend will be traveling to the same destination, but she purchased her ticket directly through the airlines, resulting in a significantly higher cost of $400 more than my purchase. I would like to advise everyone to inquire about all relevant guidelines when purchasing tickets, thereby avoiding any potential miscommunication with the company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! Run, and fast!! Do not use this scam company. I'm out about five hundred dollars. They are not legit. They will take your money, cancel your flight, and you won't get your money back. Then, like with me, they'll put through an unauthorized charge later! Do not use them!

It's a few things. I paid 99.00 because I had to cancel and reschedule a flight. I had a credit of 372.00. I call to use my credit and schedule another flight. I was charged another 99.00+272.00 on top of my credit. I am still trying to get my tickets before my trip. They don't answer your emails. I spoke to someone and they stated they were emailing my tickets. I wait and wait and no tickets. I would not recommend using them at all

This company is a scam. Never, Never, Never purchase tickets through this company. I was supposed to issued a refund for a flight for $291 and never received the refund.

Worst comapny. they are scammers. People please don't use them, I made a reservation for my daughter and wanted to cancel her flight within 1 hour of booking, but these guys wanted to charge $125 dollars to cancel. They are scammers. Please don't use them.

My mom who is not really tech savvy, went on the website thinking she was on another and book a round trip fare to Denver, realizing several hours later that her flight could be booked on the same dates, times and seat selection on the actual airline website for far less. We proceeded to call and cancel within the 24 hour period. One agent said they could not cancel, and calling back a second time, the next agent stated they could refund only the one way fare going to her destination(Which the refund amount was less than if we rebooked the same one fare using the actual airline). With the 2nd agent, I reminded her that their website states that a full refund is provided within 24 hours. She placed me on hold and stated that the airlines wouldn’t grant them the refund on the returning flight. The best she could offer was a $350 coupon to be used within a year for my mom only who rarely travels. I gave them an extra star for that, but perhaps I was still being too generous.

I booked a flight through this company I paid it for it with my debit card, then I canceled within the 24 hour grace period. This company will not refund my money. They keep saying. It takes time. They’re refusing to let me speak with a supervisor or manager. I’m taking further action. My hard earned money is not to be taken by some crooked company. No needs to book through this company if your trying to scam hard working people.

Do not attempt to book with them. The bad reviews are true. Took my money and did not send me the tickets. This does NOT happen anywhere else. Quickly called bank and disputed the charges. Very disappointing
