No news about my orders whatsoever
I ordered 2 products on march 24th.. Faops received them 3 days after that. From that day until now the orders are still on Pending and they are not replying to my emails. Shipping and fees within eu are also extremely expensive.
I definitely do not reccomend this

Very good service
Ordered a graphics card from France, shipped via FAOPS to Germany. The site was simple to use, although they would benefit from clearer English translations. Shipping was about ~€30 for a €150 item (30x5x12cm, 1kg).

Repacking was not done although payed €82 for their service. Items arrived damaged.
Site sometimes work sometimes not. On top of that i have to eMail for those problems like i am a software tester.

Wonderful service!

trustworthy, friendly service and a good price
I pre-ordered something from a French online shop months before delivery and used F.A.O.P.S to get a French address. I didn't have to pay anything all those months until they got my package and it was only a very small fee. My package arrived safely and quickly in Germany. The friendly staff gave very fast replies to all of my questions and emails. If I ever order anything from France again, I'll surely use F.A.O.P.S again. Thank you for the perfect service!
