My dogs love the new dog bed
My dogs love the new dog bed. And I love that it looks so beautiful, it fits perfect in my living room! 🤩 I ordered a snug and snooze. At first they didn't seem interested but when I put them in the beds they didn't move anymore. They stayed in the beds for more than an hour. 😆

5 star service and product
By far one of the best experiences and products I’ve ever had. A beautiful dog bed, quality materials and the perfect team of attentive staff.
After two years of owning this gorgeous bed it is still my favourite piece of furniture, not just a bed for my favourite 4 legs.
After two years I am still receiving impeccable service and I can’t recommend this brand and product enough.

not a functioning company
I recently purchased a cat tree from Fantail, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. When I received the product, I found that over 12 key parts were missing, leaving me unable to assemble it at all. Despite checking the box multiple times, the missing components were nowhere to be found.
I immediately contacted customer service, but the response time has been abysmal, with a week-long wait for each email reply. It's now been two weeks since I received the incomplete package, and I am still unable to use the product. The complete lack of urgency in addressing this issue has caused a lot of frustration.
At this point, I’m still waiting for an update on when the missing parts will be shipped, and the lack of effective communication has left me feeling completely dissatisfied. The service is practically non-existent, and it’s clear that Fantail is not handling customer concerns properly.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The chances of encountering issues with missing parts and poor customer service are very high, and it’s been a major inconvenience.
