I was pleasantly surprised. My salad pods arrived quite promptly and in good condition.
I didn't give it a 5 star because after reading the reviews I tried to cancel but received no response. I'm glad I didn't cancel now.

I bought a Buckle free belt x2, I just got one and they are completely ignoring my messages. A business to avoid

So, ordered a 4 pack of the so-called suction cups. They arrived ok but should have realised there was a problem when removing the instructions first and saw it was for a towel rail!!
Anyway, they are hooks but have a 3M sticker, absolutely not suction in how they work. The company were requested to either send the correct items or refund in full. Their response was that we’d might as well keep as we’d have to pay for the postage, even though they were not the correct items. Again, asked to send the correct item and they replied that they would issue a full refund. Therefore, it is clear they never had these items and it is clear miss selling and a scam.
To top the customer service off they are going to refund but the route of the refund means there may be a service charge and not get the full money paid back.
100% avoid and do not use this company….you’ve been warned

Interactive dog toy received eventually . Site implied ok for all dogs and yet when received the toy is smaller than expected , requires charging via usb , it’s hard plastic and them to top it all the warning on the packaging says not for tough chewers . Didn’t bother charging just put back in the pack then emailed fanshome requesting return instructions . One email received asking for more info which I’ve provided but then radio silence . I very much doubt I’ll get my money back needless to say avoid , don’t be tempted, over priced rubbish

Ordered a pop-up dinosaur encyclopedia, but what arrived did not match the description, nor did it match the description of what the book should look like when checking the ISBN numbers. There are fewer pages, the print quality is questionable (low resolution images and text), and while there are a pop-up dinosaurs, there are 3 rather than the 35 that were advertised. According to the ISBN search, the book should have 12 pages and be hardcover. This has 6 at most and is just thin cardboard. Wish I'd read the website reviews before ordering. The product looks like an attempt at an imitation - I woud say cheap imitation, but the price is only just less than Amazon.

What a rubbish company to deal with .. wrong order prior to Christmas and never once have they replied to my many e-mails to customer support.
I'm driving to their warehouse at Fradley on the A38 at Lichfield soon to get past security to the office and demand a refund.

AVOID! Absolute rubbish. The lever is not long enough for the furniture to be pushed up! Have tried to contact the company to arrange return of this but no reply so am getting refund via PayPal. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered climbing Santa way back in November never arrived have emailed them over 10 times never a response disgusting company too deal with should not be allowed too advertise as they don’t deliver or respond but will take your money if I could rating would be minus 10

I really would like to say - 1 star. Bought a pair of yellow metal suction hooks. Look quite chunky stylish on website.
The item that arrived bears little resemblance to the item shown on website. Different design does not work as described. Cheap rubbish. Put on wall fell off within an hour. Now in bin.
Two emails sent neither answered.
Saw it on Facebook had great reviews . Don’t do it.

This is a website everyone should run away from. This company is dodgy. Whatever you read as their policy on purchases is a big scam.

Awful company, probably a scammer as others have said, they take payment say it will take 9 - 12 days to delivery and then nothing shows up They never provide tracking numbers but have a place on the website to make you think its a legit company. Had to make a request from my credit card company for a refund.

Placed an order on 8th December for Retro Game and to date have received nothing despite chasing, unfortunatley looking at these reviews its a scam. They should not be allowed to advertise unless due diligence is undertaken by the platform,,,,, i fear that many people have been scammed!

This is a scam. Do not use. Have asked the bank for a refund. Don’t make the same mistake. They steal the money and then you will never hear from them again

Scam company - I am tech savvy and before I knew it I had been charged for purchasing Sakerplus 2025 New Retro Game Console. I contacted them immediatley and got no response and I have not received the goods. I contacted my card company to raise a dispute

Terrible scam. Saw an advert on Instagram, ordered a retro video game console, several weeks ago, plenty of time to receive before Christmas. They took the money immediately, have received no further information on the order, tracking number, have sent two email complaining, another one asking for immediate refund. Will need to escalate unfortunately.

Ditto all the other awful reviews!! Wish I'd read them first before ordering. Item ordered at the beginning of December and not heard anything since, guess that's 40 quid down the drain 😡
