Really good service
A few unexpected delays with the product I ordered. I was kept in the loop multiple times and got a reply back straight away. They ended up making a new batch of stock to avoid further delays. Really good service.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that our service didn't live up to your expectations on this occassion.
You did order a pre-order product with an expected dispatch by the end of November, which was stated on the product page. As communicated several times, unfortunately there was an issue with transport between the factory and our customers doors. Regretfully this led to a dispatch delay of 10 days, which we are truly sorry for.
We did keep all of our customers informed and exchanged several emails with you prior to this review. We also sent free pin badges as an apology. I believe you should now have received your scarf, which we hope you are happy with.
Once again, I am very sorry that you were not happy with your purchase, but sincerely hope this doesn't deter you from shopping with Fans' Favourite in the future.

Great scarf
Great product and brings back many happy memories. Can't wait to it gets really cold and I can show it off!! Only minor minus is it's a bit short for my big neck!

Our scarves are standard size, the same as you would find in the club shops and other clothing retailers. Our Newcastle 1993-95 goalkeeper scarf is a bit wider and longer, if you wanted to try something different.
