They wont cancel my order and even argue with me on not to cancel the damn order when I'm moving out of the state. They're fricking scams! DIRTY BUSINESS. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I've made a order over a month ago still nothing can't find a number to call them keep asking for a refund and get the same text from them over and over again 😡 does anyone have a number for this place okay I've just got off the phone with my credit card company and they have reimbursed my money in full and will take it up with fannyu themselves this would be the best way to go folks let the credit card company handle them

I ordered jeans nearly two months ago and they have not even shipped yet. I have emailed them numerous times to get them shipped and then trying to cancel and get a refund. They respond with the same automated email ensuring that they will ship and to be patient. I believe this company is a scam. I'm not sure they even make jeans. BEWARE of this company! I would like to know who to notify to get them shut down!

Not what I expected I ordered 3 prs pants only got 2 so cheap omg got ripped off 120 bucks! Can't even call or email them to😡😡

Sent wrong colour item, it was not in line with the measurements advertised and had dirty marks on it. Communication with company was them repeatedly ignoring my requests for a refund and only offering $5 store credit. Poor customer service all the way around.

Ordered pants after the ad said they were a company located in Vancouver, BC, only a couple of hours away from where I live. It was taking a while, so I checked my email and found correspondence from them saying they were having trouble shipping from their country but would send my order asap. There were Chinese characters in the return email address, so it quickly became obvious this isn't a Canadian company. I checked these reviews and tried to cancel since the order hadn't been shipped yet. They've replied with repetitive, ridiculous emails, saying I should keep the order because the pants are so good, they will send a tracking number soon, be patient, etc. I sent literally 11 emails asking them to cancel and refund, and they replied to each one ignoring my request and insisting I take the pants. I doubt I'll even get them based on these reviews, but if I do they're going straight in the trash. I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck getting their credit card charges reversed? I plan to report the company to Canadian fraud watchdogs.

This company is out of Hong Kong sounds like the same scam company with a different name that I ordered from and got ripped off. They use fake pictures of clothing, boots, shoes clothing, that looks nothing like the item sent out. Hong Kong is a bad place to order from. I am glad I saw these reviews before ordering. Somthing needs to be down with Hong Kong . Imports need to be stopped all together from this place.

They never sent my item. Emailed several times asking for refund and they keep saying it will be delivered. I had to call my bank today and file a dispute and hopefully I'll get my refund. Do not trust them!! From all the other reviews I don't know how their not shut down.

Waited 2 months for item, finally asked for them to cancel and refund my money. They have not, they have sent an email everyday for 2 weeks asking for me to change my mind about canceling order, refusing to refund my money. Horrible customer service.

Worst Jean's I have ever seen but even worse customers service. My Jean's are cheaply made and look nothing like the picture and they keep sending as auto statements to my emails. They do not up hold their return policy!

I ordered a pair of jeans, ordered the correct size and even had the receipt to show exactly what I had ordered and paid for. I waited a month to receive the wrong item. I contacted company and never got the correct item. The company won't refund my money or correct their mistake! Worst company ever!!! Do not order anything from this place!

They don't even deserve the one star! They are a scammer and what they sent looks nothing like pictured. They offered a 5 dollar gift card and I will never order from them again. Their clothes are not even fit for my dog to wear. I have emails and pictures of product and their response.

Bull crap company. Ordered waited a month and didn't get what I ordered. They told me to send pictures. I did, and all they keep saying is the same thing back to me. Please send pictures or video. This company should be shut down.

This company does not even deserve a star. I ordered jeans from this company and never received the product I ordered. They removed the funds from my bank account the morning following me placing the order which was almost a month ago. I have been emailing the company requesting a refund and they keep responding that my order is being processed. I want my money back. I have now filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and went to econsumer.gov website and filed a report of fraud against this company.

I literally wouldn’t even put a star if I didn’t have to, but one star is too much these people totally screwed my mom she ordered 81$ worth of pants and never received any!! Duck you guys!

Worse product ever! Legs big waist small. I ordered a medium pant and Im a 28" waist. I ordered according to their size chart. Order was shipped from Hong Kong so it took a month to get here. When I contacted them about returning the item that didn't fit, I was told that it will be more expensive to ship back and get my money returned and they asked if I could GIFT MY ITEM TO A FRIEND INSTEAD?! Make sure you shop local and your items are being shipped within the US.

This is the most disreputable company ever! Bait and switch! Items received were NOT as advertised! I attempted to return items ( at my expense, to the address they were shipped from) only to be informed by my credit card company that they would NOT refund my $$ because it was not the "correct" return address! This company now has their merchandise AND my money PLUS the shipping costs I paid!!!
