This company has stolen almost $5000 from a vulnerable person. The bank and fraud authorities have been contacted, and this company has continued to access personal account details nearly a week after deactivating the account.
I look forward to receiving a generic statement on this review from the company with a “help” email address, however this has escalated beyond an internal issue and is now in the hands of the proper authorities.
This platform is extremely predatory, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use any of their services. They have accessed personal bank details and continued to take unauthorised payment amounts, including AFTER the original bank card being cancelled. Highly illegal and immoral business, avoid at all costs.

It is a decent way to meet new people without a lot of stress. I was going to give it a try interesting so far so yeah I'll stick around and see where it goes.

Helping me find people that I can relate to. And meet online. The response rate is better than I thought it would be.

Your support staff has been very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. I do wish that your platform provided an actual app to use as opposed to merely a web-based access, however. I primarily use my phone when accessing it, and it is impossible to increase screen size, making texting a challenge at times for me. I also do not have access to sending audio or video, unlike many contacts who do and send me such. I'm not sure why that is as there doesn't appear to be any visible "upgrade" features that I can find for this.

Notwithstanding, I remain impressed with the privacy and security policies you have in place (unlike so many other so-called "dating platforms".

Support team had helped me to process my request quick. It just took them 2 days to settle things. All in all it was a great experience talking to new people from different culture.

While I can't speak to the quality of the service itself, I was very happy with the customer service and understanding showed by the representative I spoke with via chat. As I have been granted my mother's power of attorney, I have been spending time trying to close accounts she didn't mean to create and to reign in charges on her credit card she wasn't aware she was making.

There are many companies that have made this needlessly difficult (during an already very stressful time, mind you -- dementia isn't fun, folks), but I have been assured that a refund should be processed within 48 hours. So kudos to the customer service team! I hope you are well appreciated.

Fanlychat on mobile keeps freezing. I got logged out three times in one evening. Works better on desktop, but I mostly use my phone.

Oh my.... don't enter site unless you like being scammed. Not only is price outrageous they dont fulfill the amount purchased. Total scam. Dont let the administration steer you wrong. Only way anyone could give 5 stars is if they are getting rich by lying.

They respond in a professional manner with efficiency being the goal. If not, I'd drop the service, but that's not necessary. I'm enjoying their service and agree with their policy. It's working better than all the others I dropped for various reasons, the biggest, AI bots not human.
One last deserving kudo: FancyChat has attracted the most gorgeous, successful and accomplished women in the world and all right here on FanlyChat! No site I know is better than here. Amen to that.
