Poor communication, slow

Update, on the 27th of Dec I finally received an email saying my item was shipped.
Ordered a jersey for my son on the 7th of December, it says it will ship in no more than 12 days on their website (for NZ):

today is Christmas and I have yet to received any communication from this company, other than generic answers about shipping. No shipping confirmation, nothing. So, I'd say avoid them---it feels 100% like a scam unfortunately.
