Having spoken to customer support and been told that genuine profiles do exist and how to tell the fictive ones. a small heart symbol to the left of the user name on there profile page.
I took the time to browse over 3k profiles only to discover that they are all fictional.
Having made a complaint to them they now refuse to respond.
