I love Fancii products. I am a repeat customer and have had great experience with both quality of product and quality of customer service. A couple years back I ordered a Vera mirror with Lara 10x attachment and a Mila, purse mirror that lights up both sides. I always get compliments on both and cannot even imagine doing my makeup without it. Just recently I bought the 10x travel mirror and a more slim profile mini Taylor to keep in my travel makeup bag. I got an extra mini Taylor for gifting as well.

I did not receive my package and it was confirmed that it was delivered. I contacted Fancil & Co. and was emailed by Angelical who was extremely helpful and made sure I received a replacement. This was excellent customer service.

I ordered and received a mirror. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged and the mirror had a crack across the middle. I reached out to their customer service and a new mirror arrived. The customer service is fantastic. Thank you.

Great products and fantastic customer service.

While their order status emails aren't exactly helpful, i.e. order split in two showed my order was completed with no other remaining shipments after the first part was delivered, their customer support staff are responsive to email requests for status updates. So overall, very helpful. Just wish they could figure out a way to have the automated emails be more accurate.

Received the mirror as a gift and immediately fell in love! Had a question and it was immediately resolved! customer service was stellar! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Amazing! The quality is absolutely excellent, and the battery life is impressive. I took it with me on a trip and my friends were obsessed, so much so that they asked me to bring one back for them next time. Highly recommend!!

When I received my order the mirror was cracked. I contacted Fancii immediately. Faye emailed me back within an hour. By that evening I had a new mirror being shipped. I received my new mirror within four days. Thank you Faye for all your help and fast response.

I had the Fancii travel mirror, which I broke. I ordered a replacement, and it arrived cracked. I contacted Fancii customer service, and they replaced the mirror immediately. Their response was quick and efficient! Obviously, I feel this mirror is worth the effort. I take it with me wherever I travel. It takes up little space in my suitcase, but provides lots of lighted makeup time anywhere!

I ordered 5 compact’s for Christmas gifts. I didn’t realize they were pre-order and weren’t going to be here by Christmas. I contacted support and they gladly let me choose other designs to ensure timely delivery. Since then I was having trouble charging one of them. Again contacted support and they were so helpful and solved my problem (user error) with such grace and timely response. An amazing company with fabulous customer support! And the product is top notch quality! Would 100% recommend!

Not only has the light on my mirror stopped working but I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with Faye in customer service at Fancii. She is hands down the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Sarcastic and incredibly unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are useless and their service is even worse.

I had an issue with a mirror I purchased.
Customer service suggested some fixes. When these didn't work, they replaced the mirror very quickly. I trust this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I bought several mirrors for gifts and one for myself. Mine would not hold a charge so I contacted customer support and they guided me through the replacement process. It took a few emails with details and troubleshooting to confirm the issue. Once confirmed they mailed me a new one. This one works perfectly. I recommend the Taylor compact with light as I have been using it regularly and those who received it as a gift like my mom, use it regularly.

I had purchased a handheld Fancii lighted mirror on Amazon. It worked great for over a year until a clip on the battery compartment door snapped. The mirror light still worked but would not stay lit. I decided to contact them to see if I could get a replacement battery door, unfortunately they couldn’t replace the part but offered to send me a brand new mirror, for free! It took about a month because of back orders but it arrived! The battery door has been redesigned and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a great little mirror and with customer service like that you can’t go wrong!

I received two broken mirrors, but customer service was great! They got back to me right away and replaced the broken mirrors pretty fast. I appreciate customer service that actually responds to your complaints and fixes the problem. They were very easy to work with…and I absolutely love their products! I have ordered several mirrors as gifts over the years and was so surprised when I received broken products. This hasn’t been my experience with this company.
