From the very first moment, Mr. Chris Schulze kept me well informed about how to try to solve the problem. It seems that I finally need a new PCBA board, and Mr. Chris has been in constant contact with me to find a solution that works for everyone. And so it has been: they are sending me a new board at no cost for the repair of the DD Pro base. A 10 out of 10 for Fanatec and an 11 out of 10 for Mr. Chris Schulze. Rarely have I been assisted by a Customer Support this effective. Gurantee requests opened after my GT DD and Boost Kit presented force feedback issues. Solved in less than 2 weeks including sending back items internationnaly.

Received a damaged wheelbase, opened the RMA, and the process was very smooth.
The only problems were the time and communication, but given that it was the holidays, it was acceptable.

I ordered items over a month ago that were clearly marked in stock. I’m still waiting.
The worst part is those exact same products are still shown as in stock, while I keep getting fobbed off with “next week” and vague excuses. Nothing ever ships.
Fanatec went through bankruptcy a few years ago and was bought out, supposedly to fix these kinds of issues. Based on this experience, it looks like the same shady business practices are still there just rebranded/corsair.
Misleading stock information, No communication, zero trust left. I wouldn’t order anything from them again.

I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service you have provided to me.
Since there are many negative messages online about Fanatec and their customer service, I initially had a bad feeling about how this would all turn out.
However, I am truly very satisfied with the way you helped me and with the fact that I didn’t have to wait days for a response.
My DD pro+ base with f1 wheel was sendit out and repaired and got back to my adress within 7 days (+weekend) .

I was asked as a user to troubleshoot things I don't know how to do. Your software is hard to use, not intuitive, and no matter what I write, your tech does not really read it. Finally, for whatever reason, the problem went away...possibly because you pushed out a fix or another version? That is all your guy needed to say! instead of asking me for a bunch of screen shots and asking me to recreate the issue. NO YOU recreate the issue.

New to the brand , I had to contact customer support due to damage caused during the assembly of the DD+ on my rig, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. After just two days, I received a reply from Mr. Chris Schulze, who kindly asked for additional details about the spare parts and my shipping address.
I was genuinely impressed by his speed, professionalism, and willingness to help. Even more surprising was being informed that the replacement parts would be sent to me free of charge. This is outstanding technical support at its best.
Without their help, I probably wouldn’t have even been able to identify the correct spare part. A huge thank you to the entire support team!

I’m than enjoyed by Fanatec products and their after sale services. I bought a CSL DD bundle on Amazon and one piece of the table clamp where missing. I contacted Fanatec on their website to report my issue and get answer 24h after.
I’ve been assisted by Chris who was vers efficient and helpful to resolve my issue, and one week after, I received a brand new table clamp directly at home… I’m more than happy with the provided assistance and the reactivity of Fanatec and Chris himself!
