Driver no-show and no refund or response
Left us hanging at the airport. Confirmed driver information and pickup a few days before arrival.
We were on time at Gatwick for our pickup but the company no-showed. We called the driver and he said he wasn't working that day.
Family Transfers office ghosted us and didn't respond to any emails asking where they were or any further emails asking for a refund.
They've changed their website to say they aren't taking any new bookings but would honor existing ones. However, they definitely did not honor our reservation and have our money.
