I want my money back please 🙏🏾
The problem with me is, I dn't get what I was promised. I found the giving away of Amazon mystery boxes and I was interested to participate in and they asked me to pay some amount which I paid and they show me within 2 to 3 days I will be receiving my gift but until now, I haven't received any response yet and now when I tried to check on you what I found here is not what I thought because me, I had no intentions of opening up an account so I just need my money because I didn't get what I expected and next time try to do advertisement showing what exactly you are all about.

Cancelling the subscription is too complicated and demanding
After discovering that FamilyShopLife had been charging me every month, I attempted to cancel my subscription. However, despite their claim that cancellation is “easy at any time,” the process was unnecessarily complicated. I first had to request it through an AI chat, and then I was instructed to send a separate inquiry email to their service center. Even after doing so, the cancellation was not processed immediately. I was told that refunds were not available, and when I requested documentation showing how my personal data had been used, I was informed that they would only provide it if I left a review. These excessive conditions are simply unacceptable.
In today’s online market, subscription services are widespread, and the ability to cancel easily is a basic expectation. With practices like this, I have no intention of using their service again.
I strongly urge the company to promptly provide a clear and complete report on what personal information was used, where and when it was used, and when it was deleted.

This company stole monies from my credit card to the tune of £420+.These transactions were not authorised by me and I never received any goods or services from these payments.I have contacted the company and made my complaint known.Eventually they refunded two of the transactions to the value of £96.40 and leaves a balance of £320 .as a good will gesture. In my opinion they are thieves and fraudsters who refuse to admit their actions were unlawful and dishonest.I have contacted my credit card supplier who say they are powerless to take action as they want to know what my account was used in relation to goods or services. If you encounter this company then be aware they will steal your money and deny any wrongdoing !!.
