Bought tumbler for step dad for father's day, received on june 17th 2024 july 8th 2024 the decal is bubbled and missing in areas. Only hand washed tumbler 3 times with gental diah soap, contacted customer service and since wasnt contacted in 14 days they will not do anything. I paid over $50 with shipping. So disappointed, i highley recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY. Not even 30 days have passed, very sad customer service.

Cheaply made products! Paid almost 50 dollars for a tumbler that fell apart after only 3 washes (hand washed!) Tried contacting them about it and was told there is nothing they can or will do about it! Buyers beware! Highly recommend you DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered two couple's hoodies in early Decemer, they were shipped separately, one arrived on Christmas Eve, the screen print was baby blue and pink vs.green and red, and it's Dec 30th and I still haven't received the other hoodie. I filed a complaint and received an automated email response but no resolution yet. BEWARE!! I will never order anything from this company again.

Ugh - I wish I could have read the other reviews before I ordered from this horrible website -- ordered 5 pieces for Christmas on December 8th - got all but one, which arrived today, 12/29 - so basically I couldn't give anyone theirs because we were missing one of the shirts. I'm not sure why they don't offer expedited shipping? What a joke.

Sounds just like the review under mine!! Ordered matching Christmas shirts WELL before Christams. Ordered a seperate shirt by accident at the same time, and got that one already. Shirts did not come in before Christmas. No return policy and customer service, or lack thereof is horrific. Will make a complaint on Facebook as well, and report this site to make sure others don't make the same mistake. 1 star only because I was forced to.

I order my boyfriend a coffee mug for Christmas it was delivered in just a few day unbelievably quick! Perfect and he absolutely loves it!!!!!!

Ordered matching Christmas shirts on Dec 7th and expected delivery between Dec 14-21. Received one shirt separately on Dec 21, the other shirt now expected Dec 27, after the fact. Disgusted. Should get compensated in some way or else not ordering from them again.

Ordered 5 shirts December 8th. I received the first 3, the fourth one is coming AFTER CHRISTMAS and the 5th one HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET. I will be requesting a refund. The idea was to wear ON christmas, not for the new year!.

Items shipped late, customer support was impossible to get ahold of, items that I did receive were defective and the sizes chart is not accurate.

We received what we ordered in the time they said we would.

I ordered these shirts for our Christmas bicycle parade here in Melbourne Florida. They were a hit. They are 100% cotton. I ordered myself a size, small my fiancé, a size, extra large. You can see our picture under one of the posts on the Facebook page of the company.

I love this so much this was amazing the writing went well on the cup and the surprise secret message it revealed to my wife was awesome when I got to see her expression!! She was giggling and laughing and I am Very pleased with this product!

I got my fiance a shirt and they did an amazing job.

Loved the mug! Was worried after purchase and got an email stating that due to covid, shipping may be delayed, then when delivery company sent tracking info, it showed delivery of 12/28. Got excited as their daily updates kept moving the date up and it got here on Christmas Eve.
The mug is of very good quality and the lettering is perfect! He loved it and that made it all the better! I would definitely purchase from this company again! Thank you so much!

I got it in time 15 days or so but it's well worth waiting 4 ,can the cup be washed in a dish washer or should it be hand washed Dont want the lettering to come off .thanks once more very nice job Paul Noel Ks

My Mug came broken during delivery so had another one sent. Came by exactly as in the picture and my partner loves it. Really corny gift but it's great anyway!
