10 STARS !!!

I can't rate Family Deli highly enough, I emailed the company as I was worried my order wouldn't arrive on time as I was going away on holiday.
Tom emailed me back straight away, even though it was late at night & assured me that it would arrive on time. He even without my knowledge updated my order free of charge to next day delivery due to the fact that one of my items was out of stock !
I was stunned when they arrived SO quickly !
Tom is a credit to his company & a real asset, he can't help you enough.
I will definitely be ordering again from Family Deli & have recommended them to family & friends too !
The roasted aubergines are my favourite, they are So yummy, one jar didn't even make it to the cupboard, as I ate half of it straight out the jar !!
Keep up the great work Family Deli, & Thank you again Tom for all your help.

Very helpful and good products

I give it 5 stars because they have great delivery service and a good range of products for many allergies. I also been contacted by the customer service and they were very helpful.
I will buy again :)

I am sorry you feel like FAMILYDELi spammed you by an article about diabetes. Diabetes is such a difficult ailment to cope with and we desire to help as many people as possible by providing food just right for this category of people, on top of that I am not brilliant in social media and I was literally testing for the first time ever in my life, how Twitter works....I think I better leave it with professionals :D

I apologise to you sincerely if my attempt of reaching out made you feel irritated to the point to advice anyone to avoid me or my family business.
We have allergies and my husband is diabetic and we do know how difficult can be to provide food that is adequate or appropriate. That is why we created FAMILYDELi, truly out of desire to help out people.
