Poor customer service
Purchased 3 x wallpaper rolls which I was very happy with, and delivery was quick and easy. Customer service on the other hand: TERRIBLE. I've tried to contact them on any phone number and/or e-mail address that is connected to them to request a VAT invoice for work, without any luck. It doesn't seem like any of the e-mail addresses or phone numbers are in use..?

I really like your company
I really like your company, BUT I recently ordered samples from you at 50kr a piece so equalling 750kr for all my samples. I think this is quite an excessive amount for samples. And while I understand you needed to change your price from 50kr for 10 pieces you could possible offer a promotion code with the samples so if someone orders the wallpaper from you so at least part of the amount for samples is reimbursed for buying with you.
Otherwise I like your in person service and am usually happy. :)
