Utter rubbish company, contact there support to wait days on a reply if the even bother purposely didn't respond to messages before warranty period ended kit cost 395 back in September had problems with main cable within two months ,contacted support that where actually useless, few weeks later cassette failed messaged once again no reply ,now bearings in motor are failing things just over 6mths and buggered company a joke big time useless support, display doesn't even display correct speed out by at least 13mph says ur going faster controller is rated 40a utter rubbish maxs at 30a stay well clear !!!!!!!

Pedal sensor is now working
I had to purchase a gender changer from elsewhere to use it
Pics were not very clear in that respect
Never got a reply after asking if they sold a different sensor with my fitting

1st class as always , ordered 2 brake cut off for hydraulic brakes ,fast delivery and fitted to my famex kit in under 10 mins.

My 1000w kit stopped working. Via Famex WhatsApp support I was asked to do some troubleshooting and since that didn’t work they asked me to send my controller to them. After confirming that the controller was faulty they immediately sent me a brand new one. I’m back on the road and a very happy customer!

Fast delivery and excellent service, haven’t used them yet as they are spares if the eventful happens.

I really like the profile of the motor, notably the wire connections as they are fully waterproof and protected using the latest pins and julet seals. Customer service was very good and we're able to assist me with my all my needs and queries.
