Informatively interesting

Bought into their 'teaser' subscription. Now find that there is no way of cancelling it. Being charged £45 a month for content that is free on YouTube.

Emailed them to cancel. No response.

Beware.

What i didnt know is that i would be getting billed again for the Subscription renewal.
I don't want this and want to stop it because it doesn't do anything for me. Can anyone help me here on how to stop this.

I had a very frustrating experience with Fametonic.

I subscribed expecting to pay $29.99 for one month, but I was charged $59.99 instead, which is the equivalent of two months.

When I noticed the double charge, I contacted their support team and clearly explained the issue. Instead of addressing the double charge, they redirected the conversation to their refund policy and told me I am not eligible for a refund because I did not complete 7 lessons.

This makes no sense because my complaint was about being charged twice.

After I asked to cancel the subscription, my access to the app was completely blocked. When I open the app, there is only an aggressive banner on the front page and I cannot access any content.

So the situation is simple:
I paid $59.99, but I cannot use the app and I cannot get a refund either.

I also sent screenshots showing the payment and the banner blocking the app, but the issue has still not been resolved.

Very disappointing experience with both the billing system and customer support.

It feels like a system designed mainly to take money from users, without delivering real value or showing respect for people's time and money.

All they know how to do is charge your credit card even after you cancel. Stay far away!!

Got charged when I had already cancelled then fametonic refused to refund . It’s a scam why would you not qualify for a refund because you didn’t use it? Yes that was the reasoning for not receiving a refund and they keep offering a E book in place if a refund I don’t want a book that won’t benefit me I would like my money back please.

Fametonic has helped me grow my social media following and expand my audience in ways I didn’t know possible. I have learned tricks and secrets on how to have the widest crowd in terms of my videos and have connected with others in my field.

The presentation at the beginning of seeing the website was user friendly.
Once you begin the process of Fametonic teaching style and delivery is very good. Website is laid out on an easy to use format.
