slight defect but good quality

overall good quality shirts, took around 2 weeks to arrive. travis scott x barcelona shirt has a peeled off part of one of the letters but apart from that its satisfactory.

Refund

Refund
I placed an order in May, Unfortunately the shirt was no longer needed as it was a duplicate birthday present, I have emailed more than once about my refund as the shirt has been posted back by myself weeks ago ( which may I add was not an easy process ) and I have heard nothing back and still have not received my refund. I will not use this company again which is a massive shame as the items are fantastic quality but unfortunately the returns/refund process has let the company down.

Hi Alison, thank you for taking the time to share feedback. We have a refund and exchange system that customers are free to use. As you may be aware it's a 2 step process where you simply submit a return request, we then approve it and you receive a follow up email notification with the return instructions and address. Once sent back, we refund customers. Did you get a chance to send a message to our support team at info@false9fits.com for further support? RIP OFF SCAM

Paid for a football kit money was taken from my account on the same day .Paid by Apple Pay no order was sent out to me . Email sent several asking about my order they did reply NO ORDER WAS PLACED BY ME . SO THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY BUT HAVE NO RECORD OF ME THEY HAVE SCAMED ME AND GOT AWAY WITH BE WARNED
