I came across this company by chance and ordered two of their clipboards. They arrived yesterday, well in time for Christmas, well packaged and delivered by Royal Mail. They are beautiful. Smooth, stylish and tactile, beautifully carved with the captions I requested, they are a pleasure to handle. Not cheap, but craftsmanship never is. There is a lifetime’s use in these. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Ordered a baby clothes stand one of stacey Solomons collections, needed it for today my wedding day for displaying a deceased person's dress on my memory table, ordered on the 5th of November and purposely requested and begged that I needed it for the 1st of December, there delivery status was 5 to 7 days ???they only shipped the item out on Monday? It still hasn't arrived ( they used evri as a courier say no more) and now thanks to this my day is ruined! Do not recommend this company to anyone and never will I shop here again! £60 down the drain!

Absolutely amazing small family business amazing products and just brilliant alround we had the pleasure of meeting the family that runs this business at the clean tidy show and they were just lovely esp when my daughter and I couldn’t decide on what to purchase esp when we wanted everything lol . Have continued to purchase items from this company with complete ease delivery and everything just amazing . Item 12 tea light candle holder personalised and in pride of place in my living room . Thanks again to a wonderful family business and I will absolutely recommend to my friends and family xxx

Absolutely incredible not only did I message Fall With Grace to see if they could get my shelf to me for the 1st Nov as it was a gift they replied saying they would try their best and they certainly did! I can’t thank them enough I ordered two other shelves the quality is definitely worth the work that goes in to creating these shelves. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for! I had been looking for some shelves to complete my kitchen renovation when I came across this company that also added personalisation which I loved the idea of.

I ordered 1 personalised and 3 others to match.

The turnaround from ordering to delivering was much faster than I expected and the quality is absolutely fantastic!

It’s sometimes nerve wracking ordering online because you really don’t know what you’re getting until you’ve paid but I couldn’t be happier.

Can’t wait to order more items for around the house.

My only suggestion would be to add some sort of plastic coveting to the ends of the packaging. The shelves were beautifully packaged in card boxes but it was raining when our delivery was made and the delivery driver stood them on their end outside. Thank fully I was home pretty soon afterwards otherwise I think they would have got damaged in the wet.

I recently bought a bottle shelf (Vintage 1963) for my brother’s 60th birthday. The workmanship is fantastic and finished beautifully. It arrived quickly and was very safely packaged. I follow this small business on Instagram and all their products look unique and of a high quality. Customer service is excellent.

We recently received the Fall with Grace personalised chopping board as a wedding gift!! It is AMAZING & has only added to my obsession with their products! The quality is fantastic.

We ordered the midi & maxi chopping boards & had them personalised. They arrived in perfect condition in their own linen bags which we will use for storing bread. Katie was very good at answering any questions we had straight away & we received emails to show the status of our order along with delivery tracking on the day of dispatch. We are over the moon with them & they will be cherished for years to come.

We are the proud owners of 3 rustic shelves, 2 picture shelves and a stocking stand and they are all so beautiful. I get so excited (and impatient!) when I order because everything I’ve ordered really feels truly special. Everything is so unique especially when you chose you’re own quote or design and the pieces have really complimented all the spaces they are in. Our first shelf had some issues with being mounted but after a quick email, we got another set and all good. Our second set of shelves slightly differ in terms of thickness of the text however given the unique nature of each piece and that it’s HANDMADE by a SMALL BUSINESS, it just adds to the individualism of each item. Very happy and will continue to order and recommend!

I cannot recommend this small family ran business enough! I purchased a personalised shelf as a gift, and it is absolutely stunning! The quality of the wood and attention to detail is next level. Will definitely be purchasing again, but for myself this time!!
