They send me an Article which my 163 50kg Girlfriend does not fit into (too small) and labeled it as XXL. When I tried to return they said they will only take it if i send it back for 50€ to China when the article isnt Even worth that much.
Pure scam and against the Laws of returns in germany and UK. Police and lawyer got involved, i dont care about the money. Hopefully they will bankrupt as soon as possible.
Its a scam. They don't allow returns.
Only after a fight over email did they give me the address of the dropshipping factory in China.
There is no way the return would have ever been registered if I send it without tracking back to a factory that is not made to take returns.
