deeply disappointed.

I ordered and paid for a product. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. When I tried to return it, I spent two months unsuccessfully trying to get a response. No reply at all. No phone availability. Very unprofessional behavior. I am deeply disappointed.

Super happy…

The scarf I wanted was not in stock and I was told that they would sent me an e-mail whenever it would be in stock again. And they did!!!
The delivery was fast. The only thing was that FedEx ‘delivered’the package in my garden without any notification. Lucky for them it didn’t rain that night!

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I already sent you an email on August 28 regarding my wish to return the scarf I ordered. The reason is that I do not like the material. I had assumed it was 100% silk, but the fabric feels scratchy.

Therefore, I kindly ask you to send me the return details or the return code as soon as possible, so that I can return the scarf. As far as I am aware, the return shipping should be free of charge.

Pleasant exeperience

Everythrun smoothly. Commercial service quick and efficient.

I received the wrong goods

I received the wrong goods. A huge carton with twenty scarfs, none of them the one I ordered.
I had to contact your team several times, which saved the problem finally, but the shopping experience was nonetheless bad. A lot of trouble for a high quality and expensive good.
