I’ve placed multiple orders with Falcon…

I’ve placed multiple orders with Falcon Transfers so far, and honestly, the experience has been very smooth. Only once I had an issue, but it turned out to be my mistake—I sent the wrong file. Even then, they fixed it and resent it without charging me, which I really appreciated.

They work fast, communication is clear, and the quality has been consistently good.

Disappointing Experience & Misleading Guarantee

I placed an order with Falcon Transfers that was defective—holes appeared in all areas meant to be printed with white ink. The company admitted their designer altered my files and made incorrect adjustments without my knowledge or approval.

When I requested a corrected reprint (a standard expectation), I was told that any future orders would be printed "as-is" with no pre-press review, no adjustments, and no quality checks. Full responsibility for print outcomes would rest entirely on me, despite their website promising "Satisfaction Guaranteed."

After months of back-and-forth, their "final" resolution was a store credit—but only if I agreed to waive all future quality assurance and accept full technical responsibility for their printing process. A refund to my original payment method was never offered.

A printing service that requires customers to possess expert graphic design skills, admits to internal errors, and then refuses to provide basic pre-print review on future orders does not stand behind its work. Their guarantee appears conditional and ultimately meaningless when it matters most.

I cannot recommend them and will take my business elsewhere.

My Response to Falcon Transfers' Reply

Thank you for your response, but I must correct several inaccuracies in your version of events.

1. The artwork issue was not simply about "expectations."
The transfers I received were defective—they had visible holes in every area that should have contained white ink. This was not a subjective aesthetic preference; the product was physically incomplete. Your team admitted in earlier correspondence that the designer made adjustments based on an assumption that the designs were for black garments. That assumption was correct, yet the execution failed. The samples I received from you previously—which did not have this issue—prove the designs were printable when handled properly.

2. My request for ruined item reimbursement was reasonable.
I applied your defective transfers in good faith and they ruined several garments. Asking a company to take responsibility for damage caused by their error is not "outside the scope" of customer service—it's basic accountability.

3. The communication gaps were not one-sided.
While there were gaps, your team also acknowledged forgetting to send a response early in the process. I remained engaged and continued attempting to find a fair resolution, even offering to pay full price for a new order with new designs—asking only for standard pre-print care and free shipping as a gesture.

4. Your "resolution" came with unacceptable conditions.
Offering a reprint or credit is meaningless if it requires me to waive all future quality assurance. Telling a customer that any future orders will receive no pre-press review, no adjustments, and no responsibility for print outcomes does not inspire confidence. It simply transfers all risk back to the customer after your company already made an error.

5. Your "Satisfaction Guaranteed" promise should mean something.
A guarantee that only applies when customers accept full technical responsibility—including for your team's internal adjustments—is not a guarantee I can trust.

I stand by my review. My goal was never to demand free design services. It was to receive a correctly printed product after your company admitted to making an error that cost me time and materials. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We would like to clarify several points, as the situation described in this review does not accurately reflect what occurred.

The artwork originally submitted for this order was uploaded with a background and required adjustments in order to make it printable as a transfer. Our team attempted to assist by making those adjustments as a courtesy, even though Falcon Transfers is a printing company, not a design service. Unfortunately, the result did not meet the customer's expectations.

Following this, the customer later requested that we cover the cost of their shirts as well, which is outside the scope of our printing service. Despite this, we continued to communicate and offered solutions.

There were also long gaps in communication—several months at a time—between responses. Each time we received a message, we replied promptly and attempted to move the situation forward.

As a resolution, we offered a reprint along with store credit, which is a standard and fair solution in cases involving artwork preparation. However, because the previous design adjustments were not satisfactory to the customer, we explained that any future orders would need to be printed as submitted, without design modification on our end. This is simply because we cannot assume responsibility for modifying customer artwork when the outcome has already been disputed.

At no point was our intention to avoid resolving the issue. We made multiple efforts to provide a reasonable solution.

We value our customers and always aim to support them, but it is important to clarify that Falcon Transfers provides printing services and does not act as a graphic design provider responsible for customer artwork.

We wish the customer the best with their future projects.
