I ordered a large box it came latch broke straight away it came different perch shitty plastic handle was different to the picture what's on the site I emailed them just to send me a latch so I could fix it myself cos I didn't want to leave a bad review an the arrogant pri.k said do what you want it won't affect use in the slightest I know not to order off them again

My daughter ordered her dad some items for a special occasion and after they had taken her money she was told items out of stock, when she complained about how long the money would take to return she told them she was 12 and had no money now to buy a gift for her dad ! she was told to F^*> Off, in the return email which arrived at 23:45 and another at 01:45 !! Just a suggestion but maybe you should stay off the sauce and not abuse customers in emails and update you’re stock on your website !!
