I received excellent customer service from Falconer Removals with everything making the move safely. The guys were helpful and friendly. I don't think they were expecting to move two lorry loads of rather large garden pots with plants, but it was all done without complaint. I wasn't able to get my TV working, neither could the Sky engineer. However, Nathan arrived on the Saturday teatime and had it working in no time. Above and beyond what I expected. I had been told the company was expensive but was pleasantly surprised with their cost. I'd definitely use this company again.

I used Falconers for removal, packing and storage for a recent house move. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this company. Extremely professional throughout, excellent packing service. Dismantled then re-assembled furniture for me. All door and frames were covered, as were all floor areas. I was asked to double check I was happy with everything at every step. On the move into the new house, once the lorry was empty, all furniture was moved into the position I wanted. All of the team were extremely polite and professional at all times. Communication throughout was excellent. I will always use Falconers in the future and highly recommend them.

Between March and November 2024 I dealt with Lynda, Graham and Nathan and his team to arrange for removal, storage and delivery of my possessions from my previous home in England and into storage in Wales before final delivery.
My experience with the company was a
positive one; from initial contact through to
their helping with the arrangement of furniture once delivered, there was nothing
lacking in their customer service skills. They were polite and professional.

An excellent team who throughout the move were informative and noticeably took care of your property and the buildings. Surprising how much they could lift even when asked to move items again.

Cannot recommend enough! Friendly, professional and efficient. Falconer were the chosen removal firm for my parents when moving after 31 years. Nathan and the team couldn’t do enough on the day. Removals was the part that was worrying my mother the most but they were fantastic and worth every penny! A huge thank you and if you’re reading this thinking of booking them - you won’t regret it!

Falconers have been brilliant in solving our 6 week old furniture problem. They were super fast, 5 minutes, lifting two really heavy wardrobes up an awkward staircase. They were reliable, professional polite and I am so impressed. Thanks guys.

I used Falconer’s to relocate from York to Pembrokeshire.
It was undertaken over three days due to the distance.
After speaking to Graham over the phone he reassured me massively as I had been let down last minute with another removal company.
I cannot recommend this company enough, obviously very experienced, knowledgeable and more so, compassionate and kind to help me in my situation.

This really is a first class family company.
After Graham’s initial call out, I could see this company knew what they were talking about.
Graham gave me some good advice, as I only move every 10-15 years or so I didn’t really know the situation. He was helpful, respectful and knowledgeable.

I already knew I’d go with Falconers even before I had received the quote.

On the actual day, Nathan and his team consisting of Ross and Tal were absolutely brilliant!
They made it look so easy, like they had been doing all their lives.
They were dressed very smart and had shinny polished boots which I was impressed with at first contact.
They were even more fussy about my furniture that I was, and that’s saying something.

I would never recommend anyone to use this so called family company going back hundred years with its ARROGANT OWNER who clearly hates women!!! Mr Falconer got tge day wrong and tried to blame me on the phone!!! I couldn't have got it wrong as I had a hospital appointment that morning. When he did turn up next day, he was patronising, up his own importance and cut my sentences short to but in with how great his company is, and how long they had been doing it . He even suggested he could get his largest truck up our steep hill and round an immediate hairpin bend lol! What a !!!!!!. Other companies all agreed to load into smaller trucks and liad big one in lay-by near by. What a plonker!!!
I waited for days for his quote which he promised, but never got. Phoned his company, guessing his wife was the receiver and so called secretary. She couldn't even email it to us. Phoned couple times, but excuses. I don't think they are able to scan and do emails, or at worst even keep their word! What a shame of a company! I was also told by so called boss, that if I didn't use all the boxes he recommended, 100, there would be no refund if we only used 50, say! He said its in the quote!!! Well why not quote 50, and allow us to buy more later. Anyway, he wanted £2.50 per box!!!! I can get the same moving boxes on Amazon for £1.10 -£1.30 . This man tried to intimidate me, but fortunately, I saw through him the moment he stepped through the door. First thing he said to me on e tiring was.... WHOS NEG!!!!!! in a condescending way. I told him I had no idea, unless he was talking about a name. I said..maybe you mean Neil, my husband?? He just chunterd!!! Well I have only given 1 star because there was no option for a zero. He didn't even deserve that. Please, please avoid this company at all cost! Disgraceful in every aspect. Also just pointing out, there was no way we would have used them after he thankfully left, but felt he at least owed us a quote!

This company moved me from Swansea to Swansea. They protected all the floors, stairs and doors.
I had an antique wardrobe that hadn’t been moved for 30 years but it was no trouble for Falconers.

Falconers transported my Steinway Boudoir baby grand piano with ease.

With it being the most expensive item I own I was very worried about transporting it. From the first phone call my mind was put to rest with their calm attitude.

When the gentlemen turned up on the day they got straight to work, protecting everything, disassembled and removed the piano like it was nothing, I must say I was very impressed.

If I ever move my piano again (I hope I don’t!) Falconers will be my first call.

We haven’t moved house for 28 years and were very green as to who to use. Got a few quotes and Falconer although not the cheapest seemed to be the most professional when Nathan called to give us a quote. What a good choice we made. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Nathan, Ross and Tal went above and beyond to be helpful. They took the stress out of what was quite a traumatic experience. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. Do yourselves a favour and put your trust and confidence in them, they wont let you down. If there were 10 stars we would have given them that. Thanks so much.

What a fantastic company!
Falconers moved my very old and very expensive baby grand piano with ease.
I contact a few removal company’s but most of them didn’t want to know when I mentioned a baby grand piano.
Luckily Falconers were at hand!
Very professional and knowledgeable, I would definitely use again if I ever moved house. Thank you.

I used this company for a local move. Everything went well and no damage to furniture. They even put protection on the floor, doors and stairs. I would use Falconers again.

As per a lot of the other reviews, this company are very unprofessional. They came slightly late (not a problem), but didn't want 1 minute(!) for me to come down the stairs to open the door, and, despite seeing me, drove off. When I called back they just said they were on their way elsewhere now and hung up. He called back again later by mistake and when he realised who it was hung up again. I suspect they didn't want the job due to location/access.

**UPDATE**

The below further reinforces our rating. The information provided is completely inaccurate and we can verify this with phone logs demonstrating no missed calls prior to the appointment time and calling them when they left one minute after knocking (I started walking downstairs straightaway but are two flights and I’m heavily pregnant). They clearly looked up and saw me. And what is quoted is more along their tone than mine. Most importantly, I would not go with a company, who breaches GDPR as per below. This is absolutely appalling.
