Helpful staff, great service.

Online help staff were very helpful when i had difficulties paying for an order. Further, regular contact from staff via email regarding licensing doccuments arrived in a timely fashion and the paperwork was processed quickly. Once the product arrived, the hard carry case was well padded inside of the shipping box and the device was in excellent order and of high quality.
