I would highly recommend Faktum. The quality of the kitchen fronts and panels we ordered was good. We had a custom order for a door front which they were happy to help with and talked us through ordering. At each step of the process any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. Mikael facilitated the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Shipment arrived safely, well packed and quality surpassed expectations.
We were kept well informed of progress of the order and delivery.

I was impressed that after so many years I was able to upgrade my kitchen doors without having to change the carcases.They all fitted perfectly.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service levels I received from Mikael. He'd spotted a potential error and called me to check first before approving it for manufacturing, I was so grateful for this as there was 100% an error in the info I'd provided! It arrived quicker than we'd expected and was incredibly well packaged that it seemed almost impossible for anything to get damaged in transit. We then placed a second order as we were struggling to match the hinges and again, Mikael was on hand to answer questions and guide me through.

All in all, I was so happy to be able to upgrade my kitchen rather than replace it entirely and the service from Faktum was second to none.

We have recently refurbished our own kitchen as well as one of our parent’s kitchens. Both were old IKEA installs from about 15 to 20 years ago.

Good, personal service from Mikael and the Faktum team throughout with excellent attention to detail during the sampling and ordering process.

Excellent deliveries (well wrapped and protected) and the quality of the final product was great with the new doors fitting perfectly.

We were even able to get some non-standard doors made to match some of our own 'adaptations’ over the years.

Both kitchens look great and work perfectly.

Customer service was spot on. It’s a bit challenging to measure and risk such an expensive purchase, but Faktum were always contactable and helped when things got confused.

Delivery was also a worry, but they explained when things would arrive. It was all well packed and everything came without any issues.

We needed to refresh a tired old Ikea kitchen from 20+ years ago, but didn't want the hassle or cost of replacing the entire cabinet set. In stepped Faktum! The website was super easy to navigate, down to the style, size, colour etc. Very straightforward to ensure the correct items were ordered. I had a couple of specific questions about a particular space and what options I had, and Mikael was very happy to jump on a call to discuss. Many items are made to order, so delivery took a couple of weeks, and arrived perfectly packed with FedEx. The doors themselves were better quality than the Ikea ones, and the kitchen looks superb! It was all very reassuring and I would not hesitate to use Faktum again. Highly recommended!

We are super pleased with our new kitchen ccupboard doors! They came extremely well packed, and identified. There were no damaged or faulty items. The colours are exactly as the samples provided.
The price was much cheaper than a new kitchen!

We've just updated our 20 year old ikea Faktum kitchen. Mikael at Faktum Ltd has been so helpful throughout ordering and fitting. Questions have been quickly answered, issues resolved, and the replacement doors look fabulous. We have a new kitchen for a fraction of the cost, with minimum stress, thanks to Faktum Ltd.

We bought a complete set of replacement Faktum unit doors and drawer front for our Ikea cabinets in 2023. I am not a joiner, but I installed the 37 items myself without any problems. The whole process from choosing, ordering, delivery and installation was clearly described and went exactly as planned. The kitchen has been much admired since then. Recently (Feb 2026) one of the doors of a corner unit was damaged by us, and we ordered a replacement. After receiving the order, Mikael Berg at Customer services phoned the UK from Sweden to give me more advice as to what exactly was required.
This is an excellent, reliable company who give personal attention to customers.

We decided to change our existing IKEA kitchen cabinet doors but found the size had been discontinued. Hubby found the Company Faktum who did the doors in the size required. From the start of our purchase to delivery I cannot praise Faktum enough. We were advised at every stage of the order and any questions we had were answered straight away. It made us feel very confident of the product if this was the service we were getting. They were delivered promptly and we are delighted with them. Excellent quality replacement kitchen doors arrived well packaged and delivered with speed.
Needed to increase cupboard doors so phoned Mikael who provided excellent customer service and sent out second batch as soon as he could.

I have received two replacement cupboard door from Faktum to fit our obsolete IKEA kitchen carcass. For everyone who are early adopters of IKEA kitchens their service is a godsend. They provide colour sample swatches to ensure a perfect colour match and supply the complete range of replacement doors and drawer fronts. Their communication throughout the ordering process was exemplary and the doors arrived well ahead of their projected delivery date. The shipping cost was quite high but the quality of the packaging was of the highest. I would recommend ordering all the replacements that you might need in one go to spread the shipping cost. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you need replacement doors for an IKEA kitchen look no further.
