I had a very disappointing experience with Faiza Saqlain. The outfit I received did not match the quality or craftsmanship shown in the photos. The fabric felt cheap, and the stitching was uneven in several places. For the price point, I expected far better attention to detail.
Customer service was another letdown. It was difficult to get a clear response regarding my concerns, and the overall communication felt slow and unhelpful. Alteration support and sizing guidance were also not as reliable as advertised, which made the whole process frustrating.
While the designs look beautiful online, the actual product and service did not live up to expectations. I would be cautious before ordering, especially if you're relying on accurate sizing and premium quality. I would advise everyone not to buy items based solely on the pictures.
Satisfactory on line shopping
I am living in Sydney and this is my third transaction from Faiza Saqlan. I did receive some dresses last year and I was very satisfied with the customer service, quality and material, everything was meticulous.
Customer Sales person Mr Salman Awan had been very help full during my current transaction. He has made my order transaction easy. Salman, has gone up and beyond to help us over seas Pakistani’s to order things of choice. Hoping to keep a good relationship with your company and looking forward to receiving my 3 articles ordered, on time and good quality as my previous experience.

I'm extremely disappointed with the silk dress I ordered from this brand. The quality is subpar, and after wearing it for just 2 hours on Eid, I noticed white lines all over the dress. Their designs may look great on models, but the fabric is cheap and not worth the investment. I've tried contacting them on Instagram, but they've ignored me, even after sharing pictures and a video of the dress. Spending 38,000 Rs on the dress, plus 10,000 Rs for stitching and shipping to the USA, is just not justified. 😭

I purchased a dress from Faiza Saqlain and, as a regular customer, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I bought the dress and within just two hours requested a return or exchange with the same collection or any other item. Unfortunately, they refused to accommodate the request.
As someone who has supported the brand before, I expected at least some level of courtesy or flexibility, especially given how quickly the request was made. Living in Canada has shown me how businesses value their customers and try to help even when policies are strict.
Sadly, this experience felt very different. Customer service should matter as much as the product itself. Because of the way this situation was handled, I will not be shopping with Faiza Saqlain again.

Ordered a dress from UK for Pakistan’s wedding on 14th Feb.
Paid for it and after a week they got back to me saying there was a glitch in website, dress was never available! I asked for the refund and it has been 2 weeks I am chasing them and they say they will process the refund but do nothing.
WHAT A BIG NAME NAME AND A BIG SHAME ON THEM! its Pakistan’s culture if they would have done this in the UK I would have sued them already!

I ordered the Delal dress from Faiza Saqlain for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect, exactly like the photos. All my modesty requests and alterations were done correctly, and the team was responsive and helpful throughout. The dress arrived earlier than expected, the quality and weight were amazing, and the skirt fullness was beautiful. Even the packaging kept everything in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier!

I ordered the dress #shelina from here. I approached them via Whatsapp on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday (it was my last time texting them on Tuesday. I was going to place an order with an Indian designer the next day). However, on Tuesday they responded, after which I placed my order for a "ready-to-ship" dress. I crossed my fingers and selected #shelina dress as the price was alright and it was also what I kinda wanted. I am tired of seeing women wearing wayyy too sparkly dresses here in Germany & the U.K. at events. Hence why, to me Shelina seemed like a true eastern dress. As soon as I made the payment, delivery was quick. I have an app called shop and it kept me updated about my parcel. Upon its arrival in Germany, I was sent an email from the customs department. Once I paid the fee online, the package was delivered the next day.
In short, I received the dress within 5 days. The cuts, the stitches and the way it drapes did not disappoint me at all✌🏼. I'll be definitely ordering more from them again, if they have more eastern designs like these especially with lesser bling bling and more mixed colours in these styles.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Faiza Saqlain. They made my bridal dress, for which I paid around 7 lac, and the final outfit was nothing like what was promised.
The bridal dress was red, while the dupatta was orange because they failed to dye it properly. When I raised this issue, they claimed the color difference was due to the fabric variation between the dress and the dupatta. However, the sample displayed in their studio had a perfectly matching dress and dupatta, which is exactly what I based my order on.
If the fabric difference was truly an issue, this should have been disclosed beforehand. What was delivered was completely unacceptable, especially for a bridal outfit. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave excuses and showed no effort to resolve the problem.
They ruined my bridal dress despite charging such a high amount. This was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime outfit, and the experience was nothing but stress and disappointment.
Totally not recommended for any bride-to-be.

Terrible service and item not shipped
I ordered a ready to ship item which I had contacted their WhatsApp customer service to confirm that it would be shipped within 7 days. Over a week later it hadn't been shipped and when contacted they tell me it will be 8 weeks and it's a made to order item even though I showed them the link to the page where I ordered which said 7 days aswell as the conversation in which thier customer service team advised me 7 days aswell and then they refused to rectify thier error even after so many emails. It was like speaking with a brick wall and incredibly disappointing experience. I would not recommend
Terrible & unprofessional customer service
Terrible customer service. Took way too long to get the orders ready. Even though we were promised to get it in 6-8 weeks. They kept adding an additional week. It is literally overpriced as h3ll. The least you can do is deliver on time and have a decent customer service. So we had to cancel the order a week before the wedding because they added an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks to get it ready. Needless to say, will never be buying from Faiza Saqlain.

It’s extremely irresponsible customer service, and people deserve to know what they’re dealing with. I’m posting this to warn others — please think twice before ordering from them.
Untrustworthy and unreliable brand
Ordered a dress in the first week of August. Website said 10-12 weeks. 12 weeks went so I contacted them asking for an update. Their WhatsApp takes you round and round in circles so you can’t get a straight answer. Finally someone messaged me with a tracking link to a completely different address and tried to say they had already delivered it the month prior. I told them this is someone else’s delivery as the name nor address didn’t match. They then promised me an update but constantly fobbed me off. Finally I got a response that it will take another 3 weeks but this was way too close to my brothers wedding and I didn’t trust them so they cancelled the order with no apology or sympathy. On top of planning my brothers entire wedding this was unnecessary stress and I will never ever purchase from this company again. Such a shame, I thought they were reputable and organised. Still waiting for my money back too…..so not only are they liars by sending false tracking links they just do not care about their customers.
