Ben arranged the shipment on my day of choice delievery day and everything went smooth except at the time of delievery the dispatcher requested full amount forgetting I already paid $50 deposit upfront. This issue was also quickly taken care of by Ben.

Don't deal with these people..... they are scam artists. Not only that, they will contact you for months, probably years, for the same vehicle you inquired about a half of year ago. They dont seem to understand that people do not need the same vehicle moved every month.

When they called, there was an Indian accent, definitely not a "Paul."

Note: These people want my name and phone number. They already know they contact you constantly after your initial request.... even though it is not possible for people to want to move the same vehicle for months and months later..... Reviews are anonymous... and they are anonymous for a reason.

Not only that, this entire industry is just plane nefarious. Dont ever use a 3rd party to inquire about moving a vehicle. You will have 100s of these "transporters" messaging you and contacting you all at once, and good portion of them will do the exact same thing as this company, continue to contact you, constantly, 6 months later, even after repeatedly telling them to stop.
