I had an excellent experience with Fairways Logistics transporting my car from Iowa to Washington State. The agent Henry and driver, Al, kept me updated throughout the entire process with clear and consistent communication. The car was delivered right on time, and Al was extremely polite and professional, with outstanding communication skills.
The price was very reasonable, especially considering the long distance involved. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Fairways Logistics to anyone looking for reliable car transportation.

Mike Anderson was friendly and helpful the entire process. The initial quote was way lower than what the actual cost to ship was which I found out after I made the deal, so that was the reason for not giving 5 stars. However, Mike did his best to try and get the price down and even offered to reduce his commission to get a better price.

Alex Brown quoted me $300 to take my car from MI to WA, paid the $100 deposit and then did some research about this company to learn they are brokers and scammers and they low ball you and then charge you double of what they asked for, and all the 5 star comments are completely fake and made up accounts.

Update: Burak Denis has been constantly calling and messaging me and also emailed me about my review, my review will remain up because I don’t want people to fall to for the classic bait and switch and have to pay twice as much or have trouble receiving their deposit back when they received bad quality service or were lied to, based on reviews that I have evidence of, many others have been having trouble receiving their deposit as well so I went about it the legal and appropriate way.

Ben is on top of the transport. He shipped our car west in Aug a d followed up in Oct for our return in Dec. He did all the work, had reasonable prices and was in contact throughout the transport. He contacts the driver if there are any questions. A great experience! Not a hitch.

Fairway logistics is a scam company, and you absolutely should not use them. Their shipper demanded over twice the contracted value when the car was delivered - details below.

I received three quotes to ship my car from CA to FL. Fairway's quote was $800, which was the lowest quote I received but in family with the $950 and $1100 other ones.

Their contract specified a $300 deposit via credit card, and then $500 cash due to the driver upon delivery. Pickup was easy, and about a week later my vehicle showed up in FL. It was delivered to my house with no damage, and I signed off on all the bill of lading paperwork.

At this point the delivery driver said I owed him $1200 in cash for the delivery. I knew that value was not correct and pulled out my contract, which clearly showed that only $500 was owed. The delivery driver was totally cool about it, and agreed that my contract as the client with the broker (Fairway) clearly said $500 but his contract as the delivery company with the broker (also Fairway) said $1200.

As soon as I got on the phone with Fairway it was clear that they are just a scammy company and they did everything they could to try and weasel their way out of things. They started by offering me a $50 refund on the $300 deposit I already made. They claimed that my contract said that prices might change and I owed the difference regardless (checking with my attorney in real time, it clearly did not say anything of the sort). They said there is nothing they can do. Two escalations thru supervisors, they eventually gave me the full $300 deposit back - which was clearly their attempt to just make me go away as I caught onto their scam and they realized I was not going to roll over.

Armed with the refund, I paid the driver $800 and told him to a) go fight Fairway for the remainder if their contract with them said they really were owed $1200 and b) Never accept a shipment from Fairway again - they clearly just take the deposit, and leave the customer in a helpless position when the car shows up and the driver demands cash above and beyond the contracted amount.

UPDATE - the day after I posted this review.

I received a call from Fairway today specifically asking me to take down this review. I told them I would not, as it all factual and that I have a verifiable paper trail for all of it. They then offered to send me $50 to take down the review, which I declined. The guy then offered me $100 to take it down, which I again declined. I told him he was free to respond to the review if he would like, but if you look over just the last month there are 4 other 1-star reviews with stories similar to mine, so I don't believe my situation was an isolated incident.
