today my account was closed. I violated some rule. What is it? They copy the whole term... of course they didn't pay my money either. Fraudsters! Don't play here, you can get such an email. These are fairplay.. ridiculous. A decent site will at least pay your money, but they only go to steal it!!!

This casino robbed me of my winnings. I won 200$ from a bonus and my balance went to 0 after a waged the bonus amount. Customer service told me i would have had a better experience if i have read the terms and conditions?! Please avoid if you dont want your winnings randomly removed from you.
EDIT for clarity: my bonus amount was 10$ and when I won 200$ with it they only let me keep the 10$ and the 190$ was void. So it doesn’t matter how much you win with bonus, you can only walk away with the initial bonus amount (10$). Casino seems to imply this is basic procedure but it’s not. This is a unfair practice I have never seen anywhere before.

I won $19K from a $100 deposit. Unfortunately my account was closed without reason and customer service was no help. I've played on many casinos. This ranks as the last on my list. DONT DO IT.

My story different
this scammers try hack my microsoft account and maybe my bank account.
luckily i got few notifications and i change evhrting all passwords etc etc.
i reported to the police and the Federal Trade Commission .The case under investigation. I just join the 46% 1star rate voters AVOID THIS SITE! SCAMM ALERT!! Be careful to everyone!!!

So, everything started great. I deposit, win bet, withdraw. Then, I deposit later again and win bet, try to withdraw and they say that I have to do x3 sports wager to withdraw. I bet becuase I believe them. Then I lose my money, and i go to see Terms of Reference. And guess what, there is no word on x3 wager for sport. I contact customer service and they tell me that I should have read it and that there is sports wager x3. I go again, screenshot with time stamp whole ToR and there is no x3 wager. Remember that at start they allowed me withdraw without x3. When I say that to support, they respond that it is written in part of ToR that leaves discretion for casino in case that deposited amount was NOT wagered. Mine was. So their employers dont understand their own ToR. I have all conversation screenshoted wit all evidence.

EDIT1. After additional talk with their customer service, they are citing parts of ToS that have no connection with case. They simply dont want to admit that their ToS doenst have x3 wager for sport and that they are lying to customer saying that there is x3 wager requirement. IT IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE, I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF ToS with Timestamp.

It is very hard to describe this company. But I will provide everyone with all details so they know what they are getting themselves into.
Let's start with the good. (it's a very small part). Quick to register, the KYC is quite easy and the betting platform has a wide variety of options.
At the beginning all was fine and well..even though I had also problems with their system... as an example if you make 3 withdrawals of the same amount in the same night the system will reject them "You are suspicious". I said ok. I made the deposits and withdrawals with the same card and I received the money in maximum 24h.
And then.......welcome to FAIRSPIN mockery.
First..limiting betting .. any type of event...i was limited to 60 USD/per bet and 120 per/event. When I asked why...they couldn't provide me with an REAL answer ("it's the provider").
After one night(16th DEC) when nothing was working I managed to make a 500 USD withdrawal. I haven't received that money even today (8 days after).
Every decent bettor knows that all betting websites have a policy for maximum 5-10 business days for processing withdrawals, but they never actually keep it.
As I read on other reviews apparently they have a habit of invoking " mystical problems"
They hide under the cover of their policy of " 10 business days" and "we are committed to ensuring that your funds reach you at the earliest possible time."A lot of BS. Imagine all you guys that are betting that you bet on the 15th of a month, win and then receive your payment on the 30th or next month.
I will for sure close my account as soon as I receive my funds (if I receive them - because as this point I don't know what to think).
In any case I encourage EVERYBODY to find another website. Even if you win..getting the winnings will be such a horrifying experience...you will not enjoy it.

As you can clearly see in their reply they offer just excuses but no concrete answer.Just rules from the book. This is the way they will keep b.... you all the way. Regarding the limitation to betting: it's a lie. I can guarantee you that if you win on constant bases you will be limited and it will not be changed "after 24h".
And as I intend to make things clear..today is the 26th DEC..my withdrawal is still PENDING. (10 days now).
I will update once it's done. Maybe even I will publish all the emails and transcripts of chats I had with their operators during this period of time.

UPDATE 2: Finally after 11 days and 8 business days I have received my funds.

They taked my money. I did withdrawal it’s not arriving when i have text here help chat several time they always say they have some technical issue, they Don't know when it will be fine, even they say it can be take more then 10 days. i lost my 50$. Had a really bad experience. First of all, to be able to withdraw your money you have to wager 3x your deposit on sports bets. That’s not standard in any casino I used before.
In addition to that, after I wagered my deposit my withdrawals were all declined and only after plenty of headaches talking to their chat support (awful, they don’t read your messages and only send the pre-written sentences) I was able to get my withdrawal not instantly declined.
The story doesn’t end there.. My withdrawal is still currently processing awaiting manual approving… it’s been 5 days.
As most of you know that is not standard in any way and what usually takes less than 24h in other casinos here is taking 5 days and still counting.
Overall terrible experience. The costumer support is very bad.

If u are loosing everything is ok for them if you start winning they will acuse you for violating T&c and block your account without expaination which part of T&C you violated exactly and you funds will be gone
Hold to earn is total scam - you hold tfs tokens there for 8h 1 day or 3 days but you will get nothing from it Apr is exactly 0%
Liquidity is mega scam - you must be very lucky to grab any rewards from it because they are disapearing very fast if you not claim them within seconds that they appear
Dont use this site there are much better places to gamble safely that will allow you to withdraw when you win
