Hello,

I open a case with FairHusleje.DK with Daniel Nørrung in 2018.

My expirience with him was bad. The things were treated slow, it took a lot of time to manage the case, I always have to write and call him remembering to continue the case.

After a lot of time, we won the case but the landlord never paid. Now, Daniel disappeared, he never reply to my emails or call back to me.

So, I dont recommend work with him.

I really recommend them as their a trustworthy service, that will only charge you after they deliver their services and they are upfront about everything, without trying to scheme you into anything. 6/5 stars!

Started off great, with fast responses and we ended up getting a reduction plus money back as we made the claim less then a year before the start of the contract. Since we made the claim to Huslejenæevnet exactly a year before the contract started we got money back for that year and the months it took to process the case(15 months all together) and a reduction in the future rent. Which is nice, but meant the fare to to Fairhusleje was 25% off that 15 months we got back(including 25% of deposit and prepaid rent) and 25% of the reduction in the next 12 months plus the Huslejenæevnet fee. That is a lot of money. And for that money, Fairhusleje made several mistakes in the final letters to the landlord when claiming the payments which was rahter unprofessional. These mistakes could have potentially caused me financial consequences if I myself or the landlord would have not been attentive to correct the mistakes they made. So, if you dont have any time to write a letter to Huslejenævnet (or have too much money), use them. And it will probably do the job. But the fee is rather high and don't expect to not have to double check everything as they can easily make mistakes for the close to 10 000 DKK you will end up paying them if you win the case.

I am rating only the free-of-charge analysis here, but still have enjoyed their services very.
