Highly recommend.

Communication is key and this company are at the top of the class! They have provided updates at every stage and I have found the process to be absolutely pain free. Which is unlike others that promise so much and continually ask for the same information you’ve already provided…months ago! 😬 But then fail to update you regarding your claim.

Causing my elderly father huge distress…

Causing my elderly father huge distress by sending continuous emails. Did not call me back to resolve the issue when I informed them I am his power of attorney and he does not have the capacity and understanding to sign anything , had to call again 2 weeks later to again ask them to stop emailing my father so I can resolve the issue.
Really poor. Avoid.

Cancellation Request Ignored

Communication was good up until I have asked to cancel before my 14 day cooling off period to avoid being charged. I've emailed twice and called once and the person on the phone said they cannot deal with cancellations on the phone. Weird? I've now emailed again and still had no response and it says they reply within 5-10 days which I think has now been longer....
