I've had my Fahren 4 in 1 tap installed for 3 months now and it's great!

I bought the 4-in-1 K&W on discount so it was considerably cheaper than a Quooker. Customer service was great, tap arrived carefully packaged and my plumber had no problem installing. Its a handsome tap and works really well with no issues, the only difference to the Quooker my friend has is that the hot water tap has a slightly slower pour than its competitor but that's no dealbreaker.

The one niggle is that the childproof button for hot water is uncomfortable to push down and it's positioned so you can't really avoid it being under your hand whilst holding the hot water handle in the on position, which in itself takes a small effort as there's resistance in the handle when you're holding it to use hot water. All of this, of course, makes it VERY childproof but I do think the design could be improved to make it less uncomfortable to use. I also would suggest that if you suffer from arthritis or similar, this may not be the hot water tap for you.

Failing this one issue, I have no complaints and highly recommend the Fahren K&W 4-in-1 hot water tap.

I have an update and it’s a positive one. Despite being a tad slow out of the blocks, Fahren have contacted me with the offer of a replacement tap, which is great news. And, in the right colour this time (they didn’t have gold previously so we had to settle for Rose Gold) so I’ll probably be updating this to 5 stars once it’s received and swapped with the offending tap mid April. Well done Fahren. Above and beyond.

Initially we were very happy with our tap. But within a week it started to leak from the valve. We replaced three valves. Still leaked. Swapped tap for a K&W but as they didn’t have a gold one we had to have rose gold. Two years on from that swap to a supposedly better quality tap, we are still having problems. Occasionally the tap just decides to trickle water, (despite having had a pressure reduction valve installed to ensure water pressure is at 2bar and no higher) forcing us to turn it on then off again. The rose gold is coming off and this for me is a no no. My wife allergic to chemicals including bleach so the tap only ever gets a wipe over with a wet soapy cloth. I’ve raised a guarantee claim with Fahren in February as the tap has a 5 year guarantee but they are dodging me with responses like “we are looking into it” despite me giving them a window in which it can be swapped without paying for an installer because our kitchen is being changed in April. I’ll update this review when they respond with a solution.

Excellent service. Saturday afternoon and having a panic about their product. Notice they don’t open weekend. Send a WhatsApp message they contact me within five minutes within ten minutes all is resolved. That is customer service at its best.

Great hot water tap with a nice filter system. Iv had a Insinkerator hot water tap in the past, and the Fahren is far superior. Great range of colours and reasonable pricing.

We purchased a 3 in 1 Hot Water Tap from Fahren to complement our new kitchen and have to say are delighted with it.

It looks stylish has performed immaculately so far and am pleased to say we have no need for a kettle any more.

Fahren delivered the tap on time as ordered to complete an easy process and it was quick and easy to install as per the instructions.

I bought a 2L water heater and tap in December 2021. Cut a long story short I had a few issues, but every time, I had a quick response and sorted within days. Because I kept on having issues, one of the owners of the company and engineer came to my home, 3.5 hrs drive to Wales. Very professional, polite and knowledable on their products. Turns out my water pressure was over 8 bars coming into the house, the unit was not designed for such high pressure. They fitted a new unit and tap there and then, advised us on having a regulator fitted to reduce the pressure, which we did the same day. Pleased to say the unit is working as it should. I must add we went through 3 units, this is our fourth. The unit was not at fault, it was our water pressure. Never crossed our minds that was causing the issues. I cannot thank the team enough. Its the best thing ever to have literally hot water on tap. Thank you so much for your support and understanding. We will buy again.

This is the best addition to my kitchen! We use the boiling water feature every time atleast 10 times during the day. The water filter is great too, specially with kids in the house the fact that water is filtered is quite reassuring. The look and feel of the tap is superb. Looks very moden, and the gold is a brushed gold colour, understated but still luxurious. I researched quite a bit to find a tap in the UK market and this one is definitely the best out there.
