Unprofessional

Unprofessional, Inaccurate, and Zero Follow-Up — Do Not Use
Do not file your taxes through Fact Tax LLC. I have had two terrible years back-to-back with this team (2024 and 2025 filings). Both years, the team made inaccuracies on my returns despite receiving all correct documents from me upfront.
Because of their mistakes, my 2025 tax refund is currently stuck with the IRS. An IRS notice was issued over six months ago, and the Fact Tax team has provided zero support or follow-up to help resolve the issue and move my case forward.
They take your business and leave you stranded when their errors cause problems with the IRS. I strongly advise against using their services.
