FactoTV took over PrimeSalto - stopped working and I paid membership for a year with Prime Salto in January. Were told by PrimeSalto if issues to contact FactoTV. No matter how we tried to change servers, etc, same issue , even through an app it would not work as it keeps the message of expired membership. Not even 3 months into the paid one year. FactoTV refused to do something but to send us a link for another membership to purchase. They will not try to honor customers who paid for service. Also had a few guide issues since the transfer and never resolved even though I was told it was going to be escalated and would be taken of. It was never. So for me, I will not purchase or recommend FactoTV.

I was with PrimeSalto and it converted to FactoTV. I get a lot of buffering and now I cannot even get it to work. I wrote to them about this and all they do is give a number of websites to plugin. They don't work. Very bad service.

FactoTV took over PrimeSalto IPTV with the agreement that existing PrimeSalto customers would not experience any interruption in service. Service stopped working with the takeover and FactoTV refused to honor existing PrimeSalto subscriptions insisting PrimeSalto customers would need to resubscribe to FactoTV. Do not deal with these guys!!

Great aftersales/customer service.
Plenty of channels. Something for everyone, all around the globe.
I recommended.

Great experience. Technician was very patient, understood my needs and guide me through the process very well.
