Great product, quick delivery. Installation instructions unclear but we figured it out. Also, before sale is made it would have been good to know it’s made for brick or cement walls for us commoners.

Amazing
Amazing, so easy to use. Looks great on the fence. It gives me privacy from neighbours and their barking dog. The neighbours are going to order some to put on their side of the fence.

Tent fly problem Fixed
The problem has been resolved. FactoryFast has offered me 50% off the tent fly with the bad lining, provided I leave a favourable comment.
I have no problem with FactoryFast good and fast service; unfortunately, I got stuck with a dud first time out, but I guess it happens.

very poor quality product
the quality of the product was horrible. the item arrived damaged and with scratches. the instruction on how to put the item together was very unclear. once the item was put together when you put the shelves it it bent the cabinenet that you could not close the front door. very poor quality product

An ever improving line up of offerings
