Easy to find online, well described and pictured. Delivered quickly and exactly as described. And the lady loves it, makes her rest time much more pleasant getting in and out of bed. She did bump her head on the first night rolling over, but used to it now, haha.

It was not so great to start as your site is not so user friendly for oldies navigating their way . Also when the order arrived it was the wrong order ! BUT your response and the way the return was handled was extremely quick and apologetic. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone corrects them so well. . The correct order is expected Monday/ Tuesday which is in record time. If all goes well I will have no hesitation in ordering more items.
