It was great to find a service that tailored the manual to my specific vehicle.
It takes all the guesswork out of finding the correct processes and specifications.

I was looking for a Service manual for my new Subaru, but could not find one. Searching online I ran across Factory-Manuals who did offer an electronic version. I was reluctant because of past experiences with ebay electronic manuals but ordered it anyway.
Much to my surprise, they responded in less than 24 hours with the genuine article totally as advertised.
I am very pleased with my experience.

I needed a new manual for a brand new truck, and for the price and the availability it was a really good fdezl or what I needed. It does what it needs to do.

2015 Ford Mustang GT

It's the real deal official entire Ford Shop Service Manual from cover to cover. Over 12 thousand pages including the comprehensive wiring diagram. You'll know it's a genuine Ford produced document when you see the last line of text at the bottom of every page. These .pdf files are not made from manual scans with crumby half blurry text and pictures where someone took a paper book apart and ran them though a scanner. These are original .pdf files created by the manufacturer with sharp crisp text and pictures. The only blank pages I have seen in the PDF file so far are in between sections in the manual and they are probably actually in the genuine manual also.

The PDF file "Bookmark" index is congruent with the actual index page of the manual. I've only clicked on about 5-10 hyperlinks on pages so far but they all work. All the hyperlinks in the manual main index pages work so far. All you have to do is learn Adobe Reader. To find parts, you can search through the index within the manual itself, then you also have the Adobe Reader "bookmarks" index, and also in Adobe's latest reader (2024) there is a word find function. In Adobe Reader, top right menu bar, click on magnifying glass symbol, click on 3 dots to get drop down menu, select "Whole words", type in the part that you're looking for (ex. "oil pan drain plug"), hit enter (**nothing will happen until you hit ENTER on your keyboard**), then scroll through the results by clicking on the (left arrow) (right arrow) symbols. Very simple. And then the most useful thing of all about a PDF file is that you can highlight text and then add a comment for the highlighted text in a section you want to bookmark for future reference. Then to go back and find your highlighted text, just click on the "comments" icon and scroll through all your highlighted text entries to instantly go back to stuff that you've already found so that you don't ever have to "re-find" anything.

The first thing I always do when I buy a car is buy the manual for it on day 1. I've been using Haynes Repair manuals for all my cars over the years but they don't make one for the 2015 Mustang. The paper Haynes Repair manuals were good but not as comprehensive as a Shop Service Repair manual. Would I rather have a paper manual? Yeah, but there's none being made for this car. Not to mention that paper shop service manuals are probably $200+. The PDF file is way adequate. I just plan on writing the torque specs down on a note pad before I get my hands dirty. Or actually you could print whatever pages out from the PDF file if you want to see the diagram/picture references when you're at your car doing the work.

Easy to download quality manual; easy to use

The Factory-Manual for the 2022 Ford Mustang Mach 1 HP is an excellent shop manual. There are multiple color coded diagrams that are a plus to describe a repair. The manual consist 15326 pages of technical information . Highly recommend !!

I have always bought shop manuals for my vehicles. I was disappointed there were no printed manuals for my 2021 Subaru Outback. So when I found Factory-Manuals.com I gave it a shot. I’m still learning how to navigate it, but it is doeable. It appears to be all there and it tells me everything I need to know to do those $1500 major services myself.

Manual for my Ford 350 Transit is very complete. Wiring diagrams are very easy to read. All pages are of high quality unlike other suppliers that just photocopy knockoff manuals

Overall, this is the best, PDF – based workshop manual I have purchased. The bookmarks and hyperlinks all work, and the text is searchable. Compared to cheaper options, this one is much better. The cheaper ones are not searchable and all come in separate files, while also not having any hyperlinks or bookmarks.

I received it very shortly after ordering, very happy with the short wait.

My only complaint is with the page breaks involving pictures. On all diagrams that have pictures, the text describing the step is on the page prior to the picture so when reading a step, you have to go back-and-forth on pages to look at the picture and read the step. I wish that the page breaks had the description with its associated picture on the same page instead of separate. But for the price compared to other options, I’m overall very satisfied.

This is exactly what they describe, it is a electronic version of the Audi Manual.
The search function is really nice.
It is very difficult to follow the schematics because there is no cross referencing of the sheets.

I've paid $130 for the factory manual and the manual I received was missing half of the content. All content that is about removing and installing parts is missing. Corresponding titles are present in the pdf but their content is missing. That's over 2500 pages of content. The manual is pretty much useless to me. I've opened the document on multiple devices to make sure. I've emailed them and asked for a refund. Their reply was that they don't do refunds and they were going to fix the manual and send me a new one. It has been 24 days since and no response.

Manual is extensive and detailed but can be hard to find what you are looking for at first. Service was excellent and questions answered promptly.

RECEIVED MY AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR MANUAL AND AFTER CHECKING IT OUT I FOUND THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS, THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF DUPLICATE PAGES THE INFORMATION IS NOT VERY CLEAR. INFORMATION THAT IS CRITICAL IS MISSING. OVERALL IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Very COMPLETE FSM. Just as good OR same as I used to get from the dealer. But since they went to online subscriptions, I used to signup and pull what I could or thought I would need. Factory Manuals has done that for me and assembled it as previously available from the dealer. A+ and highly recommended.
