Food is very good but portions are small. Wish there were more keto options.

Fresh, Simple, and affordable. Absolutely amazing for a one person home. The meals are delicious!!!!!!

Delivery is on time. Some meals are ok. Overall i like the convenience but the meals are way too expensive to continue long term. As a picky eater j find it difficult to find enough variety in meals.

The food is good but to get my business I was lied to. I was told that I was getting 3 weeks of free meals if I signed up but still haven't seen the free meals

We are on our second delivery and so far the meals have met our expectations. We previously tried another service and my wife complained the food did not come with enough vegetables. With Factor the meals are loaded with vegetables. I am still trying to get used to navigating the website. I would prefer my meal orders not to be pre-filled before a deadline. When I try changing them they often default back to the pre-filled even before I have a chance to confirm my changes. So I am still learning how to navigate. Having said that the portions are plentiful and the selections work even with our diet restrictions. The convenience is very welcomed. My previous service offered free delivery, but Factor’s delivery fee is equivalent to the cost of one meal. Another service I looked at is 40 % cheaper for a delivery fee. These delivery fees should be reviewed because it may be a deal breaker in future as I explore other services. Also, why is this shipped in a lined heavy duty cardboard box that has to be recycled. Why not use a returnable bag like my previous service which would avoid all of the excessive packaging. No wonder the delivery fees are so high.

I have enjoyed all the meals I have received so far and like that I can change the options chosen when picking my meals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy , quick and enjoyable meal.

Positive: Portioning has improved and food quality remains excellent.
Negatives: Prices could be lower, not use plastic packaging, Sunday delivery is no longer available.

I like the meals but the delivery just sucks, and there is no customer service available in Factor's website, at least is not in plain sight. I explicitly gave the buzzer number, they never call and they left the package OUTSIDE the building, Not even in the lobby inside, OUTSIDE. If you don't change the delivery company I probably will cancel my membership soon.

I did not like the fact that the delivery person did not contact us nor ring the door bell nor knock to let me know my shipment had arrived. Thank goodness I did receive an email otherwise the box would still be sitting there.

The portions are great, tasty! I think it's reasonably priced and convenient. For someone who doesn't like to prep and cook, it's great! Thank you!

I recently started getting factor because I was taking care of my I'll mother for the past 6 years who recently passed away. I work late hrs and she couldn't wait for me to come home so I started ordering meals and we liked it for the quality and convenience but with her gone my son and my self don't need it anymore but would recommend it if your life is busy

Tried to purchase a Factor gift card. Why do you make this so difficult?
1. first try in Chrome. 2026-06-07. Purchase failed.
2. second try in Firefox. 2026-06-09. Purchase failed.
3. third try in Edge. 2026-06-09. Purchase succeeded.

Note that this problem first occurred for me 2026-03-24 and was reported to you. Why hasn't this yet been fixed?

Easy to order. Products are very good and affordable Long distance truck driver,soooo much better than truck stop food and restaurant.

delivery hours not consistant

The food is good and plentiful and the delivery is reliable.

I really really like Factor. Home cooked, healthy meals to heat up is perfect for my family’s busy life. Most options are great. Slightly repetitive. A little expensive.

The food is so amazing and healthy. The portions are impressive. So convenient when busy and not having much time to cook. I can finally have time for me and eat healthy at same time. My son doesn't cook much and was eating restaurant much while working. Not anymore! Thanks to Factor. I really recommend to anyone.

My son uses Factor and told me about you, he let me try a couple of your meals and they were fantastic; just what I need. Now do not have to worry about what to make after a long day and I do not pick up take out food on the way home. I have already referred two friends to try.
