To me what makes a great company is the whole package; obviously, the first I am going to look at is the quality of what they are offering although, without a good customer service, the experience can be spoiled completely.

The pack of exercises I purchased are for unlimited usage. As a person working long hours, it allows me to practice whenever it fits me.
Recently the old site has been switched to a new platform. I had some issues with switching accounts as my old email was locked due to the lack of activity. I addressed the support center of the platform for a help. I was sure I won’t be able to renew my access to the package, but the issue was solved quickly by the support representative. Esraa was very nice and very professional. I have got prompt and effective help, and now I am back practicing.

Face Yoga Method is an honest, authentic, reliable and caring group, They give you quick answers for your questions also they give you plenty of advices, tips, ideas which are useful and really work out well such as skincare rutin or exercises.

FYM is a comprehensive TTT. The curriculum, instructors, the videos are excellent. They give you a space, at the same time a nudge to keep up the work. I wish we could do this in person!

I have completed the Face Yoga Method teacher certified course in November 2024. Very thorough and well structured course which lasted 6 months. I was very pleased with the level of teaching and the content of the course. What I liked most was the live workshops, the interaction with my peer students and the beautiful community that you are part of. At the end of the course you feel ready to conquer the world!
