I’m very disappointed with my experience. I waited nearly six months for surgery, had two appointments scheduled, and then was suddenly told I couldn’t have the surgery without any explanation. I emailed multiple times asking for clarification or advice but never received a response.

Because of this, my mother who planned to have surgery with me also had to cancel her appointment. On top of that, my video consultation was missed by the clinic and never rescheduled. Overall, communication has been poor, and the whole experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.

Faceland overall has been straight forward enough. I mean, it's around a 4 month process to actually get the surgery done, however that is noones fault apart from how busy they are. Girl at the office was sweet, friendly and gorgeous. My surgery was done by Jort. He is pleasant, calm, friendly & answered all my questions I had for him. I had a scar on my left eye and the surgeon removed this for me during surgery, which I didn't even expect. Buzzing to see the results of that also. So feel like that's another win for me. The actual process is intense. Felt a little shaken and dizzy afterwards but this is normal. Can't wait to recover fully and see my new eyes. I can see a massive difference on my left eye already from all the excess skin I had before. So happy. No doubt I'll come back for lower Blepharoplasty in a couple of years haha. My surgery with Dr Murielle was a joy. She is friendly, knowledgable and professional. All questions were answered and I wasn’t rushed. Surgery was pain free and I was made to feel totally relaxed with. I worry about ‘opening my eyes’ 20mins total procedure time Dr M & assistant worked in perfect sync effortlessly. Faceland communication needs improving but the wait was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended

Dr Murielle was so calming, friendly and professional at the same time.. The staff were very nice and the clinic was very clean also, the procedure was painless and over within 20 minutes... Would highly recommend Faceland... I stayed in Aalsmeer which was a 15 minute walk to the clinic 👌... I just taken my stiches out which were so easy to do and am over the moon with my results... Can't thank Dr Murielle enough xx

My cousin and I had our upper bleph on 11:09/25 with Dr Mustafa Mahli. He was very professional but also put you at ease by talking you through the procedure which was relatively painless. We are so pleased with results which improve every day, Dr Mustafa was recommended by my sister who had upper bleph earlier in the year and more family members are going in his waiting list after seeing our results and would highly recommend Dr Mustafa Mahli and Faceland’s

I had upper Bleph at Utrecht clinic performed by Serge Steenen was very anxious but was made to feel at ease procedure was made very clear and was told step by step of what to expect would highly recommend

I’ve been doing Botox for 14 years with no issues, but my first time at Faceland (Aug 13th 2025) was a huge disappointment. After treatment (forehead, glabella, eyebrow lift) with Martine de Zoete, one eyelid started drooping badly, leaving my face uneven.

When I contacted them, I was told I had to see the same practitioner again or pay for another appointment, since Faceland practitioners are “freelancers” and the clinic doesn’t take responsibility for mistakes. For the follow-up, they only offered inconvenient times, and when I finally went( Aug 27th 2025), the practitioner just said she didn’t know what happened and told me to “massage it out.” No refund, no solution.

I paid almost €300 and was left with a visibly uneven face, wasted time, and no respect. Faceland does not stand behind its name or guarantee quality. I do not recommend this clinic.

I started my journey for this procedure in April 2025. From the start faceland team have been great and have reached out if you have any questions. The consultation with dr murielle was pretty much straightforward and then booked my date for the procedure which I had yesterday. Although I was anxious, there was honestly nothing to worry about stayed at the AMedia hotel. Shcipol airport which was a short walk to the Clinic. Met a couple of people at the hotel and also at the Clinic who were going for the same procedure. The clinic itself was very clean welcoming and professional. I was 2nd to go in and Dr Murielle and her colleague made me very ease and talk me through every process of the procedure. The worst part which wasn’t that bad was the injections and the rest apart from the feeling of some pressure I didn’t feel a thing. It was over in 20 minutes approximately. Had been sat in reception for 10 to 15 minutes had a coffee. There was some small spot bleeding afterwards, but when I applied small pressure with gauze that seem to stop it. Spend in Amsterdam and felt okay most of the day but was tired by night time.
If anyone is thinking about this procedure, I cannot recommend Dr murielle and the team enough.
Don’t be frightened. Just do it if it’s something you want

I recently had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr Jort Fekkes and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning the process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, all my questions were answered, and I felt reassured at every stage. The booking process was straightforward and I was able to get my treatment done quickly, without unnecessary delays.

On the day of the procedure, Dr Fekkes and his team were professional, calm, and welcoming. I felt completely at ease in their care, which is so important when going through any surgical treatment. The surgery itself was carried out with precision and care, and I was impressed with how organised and seamless it all felt.

Dr Fekkes has a very professional manner, yet he is also approachable and friendly, which gave me great confidence in his skills. His expertise was evident throughout, and the results already speak for themselves.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Dr Jort Fekkes to anyone considering an upper blepharoplasty or any similar treatment. The process was speedy, professional, and delivered excellent results. I would not hesitate to return for further treatments in the future.

I’m from the UK and had upper bleph on 30 July with Dr Jort. I’m very happy with the surgery. The clinic has been responsive to emails answering my questions in the run up to and after surgery, as has Dr Jort via WhatsApp when I’ve had questions post surgery.
The surgery itself only took about 20 minutes and was uncomfortable but not painful.
I had a knot in the stitch on one eye which I had difficulty removing but other than that, not issues and healed quickly. Great value for money and highly recommend

Had upper Bleph in May 2025 with Dr Robyn.
Delighted with everything, the whole procedure was faultless. And my results are just better than I even expected. So happy I went. Faceland is fabulous

Great service, quick and relatively pain free. My sister and I attended clinic to have our hooded eyelids sorted out! They accommodated us to have the procedure done on the same day and we had our appointments 40mins apart so we were all done by 10.30am and able to go back to our hotel and rest up until our flight home the next morning. We are healing differently (less/more bruising) but neither of us have had any pain after the first 24hrs

Amazing staff, they make you feel so relaxed during the operation. Thomas was brilliant and definitely recommend him.

Dr jort came out to collect me explained what would happen all over in 20 minutes gave aftercare pack and advised of aftercare
The lovely receptionist came out and a few of us were chatting and gave us eye masks frim the fridge
Painless minimal recovery and extremely happy with my eyes scar nearly noticeable would 100% recommend dr jort and faceland

Great experience had by far, My surgeon Mustafa Mahli is absolutely amazing and did a great job of my upper eye lids, They make you feel so comfortable and so at ease, his assistant was lovely and spoke to you through out the whole procedure telling you exactly what they were doing next.
Would 100 percent recommend my surgeon he is just fantastic, I am very pleased with the results already and I am only on day 4, I had slight bruising and swelling but just done what Mustafa said to do and it went down perfectly. This was expected though after surgery but was very slight as been following instruction he gave us.

I had a great experience with Faceland. All the staff were extremely friendly and supportive throughout my journey. From the start to finish I have been informed and well advised. I would happily recommend using them for any treatment. My surgeon, Thomas was excellent and highly skilled. He keeps me relaxed and reassured throughout my surgery, alongside his assistant who was lovely also. Overall Faceland is a great clinic to go to for any procedure they offer. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

I recently underwent upper blepharoplasty with dr jort, super fast and easy procedure, completely painless, and first rate care. Even though it’s only day 3 post procedure I can already tell the results are amazing. Hardly any bruising. I can’t 100% recommend
