The FaceBloom app was great, so I decided to try the website for more precise information. The website took a bit long to deliver my results (expected delivery time was 3 days but got it in a week), however, I really enjoyed the report as it was thorough and personalized. However, I do think the time listed for manual reports on website is a bit misleading.
Been over 3 weeks now. I reached out and they said I’d have my order (the most expensive one available) within the next few days. That was after 1 week of waiting and it’s been another 2 and a half and I haven’t got anything. I’ve reached out multiple times again and I’ve heard nothing back.

Would give 0 stars. I ordered the most expensive package $24.99 and it says I will get my order within 1/3 days. It has been over a week now and I still haven’t gotten my order. I have sent 2 emails to their so called customer support. But they didn’t answer. I have been texting them multiple times on their support chat on the website but yet still no answer. I have even tried contacting them on TikTok but they didn’t answer there either. Don’t waste your money on this. It’s such a scam
