Amazing and better than expected! The necklace is beautiful and so is the case it comes in. Not only is it in a gorgeous wood box but the box has a spotlight that turns on when opened and illuminates the necklace, really really nice touch! Looks like a really good quality gift to give to someone special, truly impressed!

Not worth buying

Item took 3 weeks to arrive despite paying extra. After another 3 weeks locker ring is tarnished and coating chipping off. Item is clearly not waterproof as photos inside are warped and cannot distinguish what the pictures are, no idea how they are advertising as waterproof (don’t recall a moment ring was ever submerged, ring was removed when washing hands).
I have tried contacting customer services for lifetime guarantee but no response on three occasions I have tried. They delete my request for help on Instagram.

I ordered the gold heart ring with 2…

I ordered the gold heart ring with 2 photos inside and initials on the outside and at first after placing my order was worried about the reviews however the ring has arrived today perfectly ! My ring fits me perfectly, is shiny and good condition and both the photos I selected for inside the ring are clear and perfect ! The initials on the front are neat and a cute font too. Delivery takes a little while however all personalised items I’ve ever bought from other jewellery places are the same as it takes time to personalise so would 100% order again 🫶🏽

Absolutely gorgeous ring
