Fantastic customer service
My order was lost during transit and did not arrive within the expected time. However, once I contacted customer support, they were quick to look into the issue and offer a replacement without question. Due to the recipient of the gift living in another country, they sent the replacement directly to their home address who was delighted with the puzzle they received.
I can not fault them for their customer service or quality of product. Will definitely use again
