Fantastic customer service! I had a Fablou parcel that went missing, I contacted the customer service team and Sophia was amazing at helping me with my query! Kind, considerate and resolved my issue in such a speedy manner! I will 100% be using this company again as I absolutely love the products too!

Bought one of these vegan beauties as a gift for a friend. She absolutely adores it. Finally, a vegan bag company that feels luxurious and is stylish!

I love my Fablou City tote bags. Great for everyday. Super stylish and made from super soft silicone. Resistant to scratches, stains and scuffs. Easy wipe clean, which is good for mums and those who travel on public transport.Ethically produced and vegan. Only downside is that without the bag insert, which is sold separately, all of the contents of your bag is on show and not secure. I'm always getting compliments...ooh I love your bag where is it from..I tell them Fablou!

My initial reason for purchasing a Fablou bag was that it was vegan. Then it was 'I really like this bag.' My daughter bought me another City bag in a summery colour with an insert.The insert surprised me as I had no idea as to how useful an addition this would be, only it does make the bag heavier. Due to having to use a walking stick, I have purchased a Chelsea due ti it being a cross body bag and leaves my hands free.I was concerned it would not be big enough to hold my purse, phone, diary and medical items but, amazingly it does. I have found that the clasp on the strap sometimes detaches itself from the bag, but, this is a minor matter. I am so pleased with my bags and have purchased a Charlotte bag as a Christmas present for my daughter in an effort to wean her away from an aged shoulder leather bag which holds a great deal.

I love, love, love my bags and purse. Lightweight, practical and stylish they add a much needed splash of colour to my day - easy to clean.

Customer service is amazing and delivery was smooth sailing.

Not happy at all with the product.. Yes i did use the bag once, but once my other half says it looks like a nose bag, The material just doesn't feel right. There is no zip so people could pick out your valuables from your bag.
I did complain to company, sent photos.
So if you don't get on with the bag or like. Don't even expect even any more back as you won't get it. As a customer you do have certain rights.
Not impressed at all!!!

Love my Fablou bags, yes I have more than one and you should too.
They feel so soft, very touchable. The colour choices are amazing from the red to black and grey, you should find a colour you love.
I use mine for work as they hold more than I need, isn't this always the way ladies.
The customer service is second to none, quick response to any questions and queries you might have.
Website easy to use and navigate your way around.
All the bags are delivered well packaged, all in their own little dust bags.

Delivery is fast and bags come in a lovely dust bag for storage.

I bought a tote bag a few years back and loved it so much I bought one in red too! They are absolutely bulletproof and I get compliments all the time. Very pleased and would definitely recommend!

I am now the proud owner of five FABLOU bags. I am a big fan of these. In a past life I’ve always bought high-end bags costing several hundred pounds at least. I’ve got so fed up of daughters and Partners constantly asking me to carry wallets, purses, keys, phones et cetera et cetera. So in the end I saw these on Instagram and thought they are perfect because they are a nice size but I can’t put too much in so no one can ask me to carry their stuff. So now my gorgeous FABLOU bags Are the only ones I use and I think they are Terrific.

I have placed 2 orders, the first arrived quickly and was gorgeous bag and purse, placed a second order which unfortunately disappeared, after speaking with customer services who were helpful a replacement item was sent and is also a very lovely bag, have found the strap unclips somewhat easily on first bag- just picking it up sometime it was suddenly swing loose, but otherwise very well made, sturdy and surprisingly spacious bags. Purses are silicon that I purchased, well made although can be difficult to get change out but find that with most, great colours on everything

Bought my first Fablou tote in Spitalfields Market what seems like years ago. Still going fine and much admired, so much so that a couple of friends bought one. Just received a small cross-over bag which hasn't been out yet! Only niggle: Don't like the blingy medallion on the zip. You already have your branding on the bag itself!
