Very disappointed

Very disappointed! Every time I try to use a credit to purchase I am confronted at the checkout to enter a billing address which is clearly shown in my payment details section. I have previously been informed to make payment on a laptop - guess what? The same issue. This issue led me to lose my hard earned cash as the March credit expired. Money down the drain due to an incompetent payment system, I may have to reconsider my subscription.

Not your ordinary online purchase

Not your ordinary online purchase. Will hide in the small print that you'll be signed up to vip membership and then charge you 59.99 a month. Shame they feel the need to try and trick and decieve to make money, but they'll be crying in their fancy car so they won't care about it or this review.

Our website has two ways of shopping: as a regular customer and as a VIP member (by picking a promotion). When you choose a VIP price, you are informed about how the membership works both before and after confirming the order. You also receive a confirmation email after your first purchase that provides you with additional information about the VIP membership.

The best thing is, as a VIP member, you are not obligated to buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership for free, you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the Skip The Month button. With the Skip option, you can keep your subscription entirely for free. Also, you have access to the Fitness App, free of charge. You'll be getting Invites to Store Events and New Styles every Thursday, and many more VIP benefits such as promos and discounts that we have regularly.

Even if you don't skip, we convert monthly fees to Member Credits so that you can use them on the website for items that worth up to £80 and even a two-piece outfit.

App is slow and glitchy

I have found the Fabletics app to be slow and glitchy.

Firstly, it takes a while for different pages to load, meanwhile text and images are jumping around the screen as it loads. It makes the app look unprofessional and unfinished.

Second, it doesn't update to my phone settings. I have a navigation bar at the bottom of my screen which means that any buttons at the bottom of the app are hidden. I have a Samsung S24, so the issue will not be with my software. It's worth noting that I have not experienced this problem with any other apps.

Finally, the app wouldn't let me update my payment method. I couldn't edit current payments methods which I had saved and I couldn't add any new ones. In the end, I had to log in through a web browser and complete my purchase that way. This defeats the purpose of having an app at all.

I like the Fabletics products, but the usability of their app is so poor that it would put me off shopping with them.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! I cancelled my membership and they still took the money out of my account. I have been trying to contact them now for over a month. Phone lines are never answered both regular and WhatsApp and I was on hold for 50 minutes on their chat before giving up!

I bought some clothes on a 2 for £19…

I bought some clothes on a 2 for £19 deal and loved the items that I bought. HOWEVER, this automatically signed me up for the £59.99 per month membership that I did not want, which is very sneaky. I therefore cancelled this a few days later, but I have still been charged this month.

Ordered item 2 of April.
Today is 14 of April, no delivery yet.
Spoke to Ash on chat and explained that all items should be a big birthday celebration gift for yesterday and that I not happy as I needed to run to shop to buy different present as webside stated delivery is 3 to 7 Business days which already pass that window.
Ash not very helpful just said I have to wait again one more day and if item didn't arriving, I have to contact customer service again and cut off chat.

Will cancel my suscription definitely as didn't providing, what stated on they owen webside with bad customer service.

Awful company

If I could give mines than zero score I would have done it. I have cancelled my membership in February and they told me there 30 days notice period at the time before cancellation they took the money out my account, although I skip the payment, anyway the customer service assistant told me I have a year to shop otherwise I lose my money . I did shop and they restated my membership without emailing me and again took money for April . They sent me offer 1 credit free and i bought a top for less than £40 and they are charging me £59.99, because I used credit. It is unbelievable. The customer service is awful I never dealt with such awful company. This company should not have licensed to work here. Everything based on confusing customer.

Scam

Scam. Got to them through clearpay. They offered a gift, got a pair of leggings and paid around £4 for postage. After a month I got charged £59.99 for a membership I did not applied to. Reported it to paypal as an unauthorised transaction. Paypal said it was legit. Luckily, the money weren't withdrawn from my bank account and cancelled the card from my paypal. Tried to call fabletics on the number listed in my paypal account and it was a dodgy line, a male voice said 'no signal' or something. Whatsapped them by pressing the button in my fabletics account and an automatic response that I was in a queue and no actual answer for the rest of the day. This looks legit for paypal. But it's a scam. In my fabletics account there is no trace of those £59.99.

First of all that subscription plan has been hidden. Advert looks like genuine shop.
Vip credit is extremely overpriced.
When I cancelled my subscription agent told me tha I don't have time limi to spend vip credit left.
Now when my subscription finishes to use the credit I need to open membership to use this. It's total scam. AVOID !!!

I signed up as a VIP member and they won't let me cancel

I signed up as a VIP member, and they make it impossible to leave. You spend hours trying to get through to customer service, and they won't cancel your membership. They spend ages convincing you why you should stay, pass you from person to person, which then puts you back in a chat queue. You can't just cancel your membership through the website, you have to speak to someone. It's absolutely ridiculous.
