Really helpful team that helped replaced a faulty product
I have purchased all of their hair oils multiple times. I have really fine and thin hair, sensitive and flaky scalp, and the products did some good like making my hair more soft and a bit shinier. However, I did not notice any remarkable results in terms of hair growth.
Most of their products have a relaxing scent and a soothing feel on scalp. The customer service was slow but ok.
I love this ginger hair scrub! It got rid of my flakes, smells great, and the amla oil is very soothing
Unfortunately didn’t work for me. I have used 2 times and my hair fell out like crazy both times. I panicked, I won’t use it again, straight in the bin
Order not received, it’s been six weeks, contact number provided, emailed them several times no response at all. Pls keep away from this company as there is no customer service, you will loose your money.
I ordered there product. They have taken the money from account. But not delivered the product even after I chasing for them weeks.
Be careful and don’t loose your money
I wholeheartedly support an asian-owned business, but the products themselves are just beyond expectation- the shampoo and conditioner made my hair super soft, the mask and hair oil smells just absolutely divine- takes me back to my childhood days when my grandma had similar hair products with all kinds of herbal roots and oils. I have no bad words for the products. However, my package didn't get shipped out until 1 week after purchase, and when I finally received it another week later, it was missing the conditioner. Customer service was helpful but not as responsive- didn't reply to all of my inquiry messages. I understand if this is a small team still building their workflow, but I strongly think they should allocate some of their marketing budget to operations.
